Jan 28,2019My tags were easy to make, arrived quickly, and were exactly what I ordered. Shipping was reasonable, too. (I'm always amazed how much some companies charge for shipping.) Quality is excellent. I love that the classic tags I purchased come with a ring that may or may not be used, as I ended up not using them.

Dec 21,2018This company is great! I ordered 2 tags for 2 pets and forgot to add the zip code to 1 of the tags. They sent a review email which is how I noticed my error, sent an email back with the correction which they pleasantly changed for me. Any other company would have never done that. That is great customer service in my opinion plus the tags look great!
