Mar 20,2023Worst customer service. The advertise they ship to the EU but cannot be bothered to correct paperwork to get the items through customs, no response on repeated messages to them. And then when they received the packages back, I had to chase them for my refund and they did not fully refund me. Dont buy from them, its not worth it

Mar 14,2023We ordered on e bay two diabetes books. A delivery arrived but it only contained one book. We fed back that info to lowplex books but all they say is we have confirmation delivery was made. It was but for only one book. !!! Asked them again and 5 days later no response. E bay now involved to get us a refund.

Great option for buyers from Germany when we have no good option for purchasing English books. Payment option in Euro through PayPal makes it really easy for the customer. Order cancelled and refunded, but still no follow through to find out why the order was withdrawn not very good customer service to me.
