I love this site. Like a proper bookstore. Knocks spots off Amazon: books I wanted here were far cheaper than that giant and arrived quickly, in pristine condition and well packaged. Extremely pleased. Thank you.

I was expecting a delivery on Thursday 24th March but the DX delivery driver could not find my address. He had a SatNav but phoned me for directions. I asked him if he knew where various local landmarks were, so I could assist him with directions, but he had absolutely no idea where he was or where the places were that I mentioned, despite having a SatNav. My parcel was returned to sender due to 'insufficient' address details - these details are on my online account and are supplied to the delivery company by Lowplex books. 5 days later it still hasn't been returned. Not only could they not find my address, I don't think they can find the return address either. Lowplex books said they will refund me on 28th March, when the parcel, which I have never seen, is returned to them. Still awaiting refund - the wait goes on....and on.

I ordered some books as a birthday gift for my daughter. The books were at a really competitive price. They arrived within the delivery date advised and were packaged well. I would definitely use Lowplex again and recommend to others.

Would have given 5 stars except that I thought I was buying 10 books in the series (there were 9 and an additional book)… went back to the description and located the root of my “mistake”… other than that, spot on service.

Book arrived, well wrapped, but two days later than I received the e-mail asking for my ratings. May I suggest that you wait until the book has been delivered. I did not really mind but some people might be a bit annoyed.
