My new favourite booksellers. My daughter wanted a Manga book series for Christmas...I ordered it from WH Smith only for them to cancel just over a week before Christmas. In a panic I found them on sale at Lowplex, ordered on Thursday and by Saturday they had arrived. The service is fantastic - free express delivery and a completely hassle free experience. Thank you so much Lowplex - my daughter will be overjoyed!!

Not heard of the company before, but read the reviews and was reassured. The books were exactly as described, well packed and superceded my expectations on delivery. Would definitely recommend and use again

I received my order via Royal Mail not a very happy delivery person because he rang doorbell twice I did not answer the door quick enough. The box was battered and ripped and was just thrust to me without saying anything. I did appologise for not hearing the doorbell first time but it fell on deaf ears.

I accidentally put the wrong delivery address and they changed it the same day, with delivery coming super quickly. Books are in a fantastic condition and an excellent price. Very happy with my order :)

Cant give a negative score but honestly this company is awful. Set of books ordered and cancelled in July prior to any notification of packaging, shipping etc being issued. Eventually informed by customer services they didn't issue notification of dispatch until evening after package had already been sent in the morning so unfortunately I would have to pay for return and then request refund. Queried if I could just refuse delivery and avoid any fees etc. Advised by customer services that would be fine. That was beginning of August. Refund issued minus delivery charge end of October and that was after countless emails chasing them. Never had such poor service.

Really good book shop with the best prices around, as I found! They have a fab selection of various titles and excellent communication about the time and date of order delivery. Very enjoyable experience of shopping at this online bookstore. Highly recommend.

This is the best book shop online I have ever used! Cheap prices, I bought 9 books for £26! Delivery was faster than they claimed. Everything was packaged really well and nothing was damaged. I look forward to ordering their books again!

First time using this company. Always unsure shopping at a site i haven't used before. After doing some research i placed my order. I am so happy and pleased with the books i ordered. Fantastic price, well packaged and fast delivery. Highly recommend and will be using again.
