Parcel received with broken box, no any protection inside. Marmara luxury brand treated like very 'cheap' stuff. Emailed customer service, replied if the cloth is not damaged then that's it. BUT, it is a gift, now no one believe it is a real.

The time that I received at the first time… too big , so request exchange of size . When the second delivery received , the shoes r still big n not fit . End up decided to exchange , email and explanation already sent, the team also agree for me to return , but asking the waybill for me to complete the process of return , has been delay for almost 10 days working days ! Terrible service! Email dated clearly , the team is still can not understand

Very disappointing experience. I ordered two pair of Valentino shoes for my daughter’s wedding. They arrived on wed and I tried them on. I decided to return both pairs as my first choice went to a different designer. Ysl from Bergdorfs. I requested a return the very next day. The company is saying my security tag was not on shoes and that the soles were damaged. I literally put them in my feet. Took a photo. Retuned then. They absolutely had the security tag on them when I sent them back the next day. I shared numerous photo with this company of arrival date and time and return date as well as photos of the shoes when they arrived. Unfortunately I did not photograph the bottom of the shoes! Who would think of that!? Not only are they not willing to accept my return, they still have the shoes and now they are 420.00 cheaper in their website. I would never buy from them again. I have a dispute pending with Amex. Hopefully I will get resolution. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Oct 04,2024Wir haben einen Mantel bestellt, leider wurde das Paket offensichtlich beim Versand nicht richtig zugeklebt. Dies hat man allerdings erst gesehen als wir den Karton öffnen wollten. Dementsprechende war keine Ware im Karton. Vermutlich ist sie beim Transport rausgefallenen. LVR erkennt das aber nicht an und verweigert die Nachforschung und Lösung des Problems. Ich werde wahrscheinlich jetzt Strafanzeige stellen müssen, weil sich anders nichts bewegt. LVR ist offensichtlich sehr unseriös wenn es zu Problemen kommt
