Jun 08,2024Mi trovo benissimo compro abbastanza spesso e ci sono sconti e promozioni valide Il reso è facile l'unica cosa è che sarebbe meglio se all'interno ci fosse già l'etichetta I tempi sono abbastanza buoni per i rimborsi ovviamente dipende dal periodo tipo feste natalizie o periodo di sconti Cmq direi che ad oggi anche per i pagamenti dilazionati la mia esperienza è positiva

Inoltre la possibilità di accedere agli sconti per lunghi periodi e’ sicuramente un modo per agevolare il desiderio di un pezzo in più. Un encomio alla preparazione dei pacchi, sono sempre in perfetto ordine e questo aumenta il piacere all’apertura. Per me esperienza super positiva.

Jun 07,2024I purchased a pair of Birkenstock for my husband's birthday. I didn't realise that the warehouse is located in Italy, so I'd to pay £16 postage. I could have ordered from a retailer in UK with free delivery! Once the item was tried on turned out massive and I've to return it. Requested the return and I have to fill a ridiculous paper work because is an export😡. Now I'd been contacted by costumer service from the company saying that they are not accepting the return because the tags were removed. Funny enough I was desapointed as the tags were not in the package and I thought the sandals were not original. So I'm still waiting for the "friendly" costumer service department to decide what are they going to do. So they have the sandals that they sent me and no money back either. Not the first bad review with similar story, it seems that's turning into a modus operandy. The answer from the seller doesn't help with the issue. Very nice, very terms and conditions. Where is your answer regarding the return? Your "team" already decided that they are not accepting the return even though the item was return in the same boxes, and the same condition as was delivered. Stop toying with people. I'm super annoyed to deal with a no face, costumer service. Not changing my review.
