Two items did not fit and I have tried unsuccessfully via the cust svc rep in Italy (no help), NY (ring - no answer multiple times) and via the bot online. Zero help. Can’t get a label or QR code. Tried an online request which should generate an email (and presumably a label???) . No email received!!! So frustrating. Don’t buy They claim to have sent a proforma invoice and a waybill. NOT RECEIVED. Many un useful repetitive instructions without follow up with the required info to ship the return. Just awful. Endless unproductive loop. Of they can send 10 emails, they can send whatever is required for the return which DHL will charge me $191 for if they do not provide the documentation.

I'm so glad I found Luisaviaroma. Everything I've bought from them has been top notch quality. The items are exactly as you see on the photos, no surprises! The items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and a Luisaviaroma sticker is gently placed on it. You can easily tell that someone took their time to do this. Can't say anything about their return policy because I never needed or wanted to return anything.

Der Shop bietet eine sehr große Auswahl hochwertiger Marken zu ebenso fairen Preisen, dazu gibt es immer wieder Rabattaktionen. Der Standardversand erfolgt i.d.R. innerhalb von ein bis zwei Tagen, die Lieferung Italien - Deutschland dauert drei bis vier Tage, die Artikel sind gut und sicher verpackt. Die Rücksendung ist unkompliziert und kostenlos.

ORDINE DEL 21.10 ANCORA IN LAVORAZIONE.ORMAI DA UNA SETTIMANA! E scrivono che mandano la merce in 1-2 giorni lavorativi. Non ho ricevuto niente però di pagare ho pagato.Dovrebbero scrivere il giusto per i tempi di spedizione. Così almeno uno decide se vuole ordinare oppure no. Ultimamente sempre problemi con le spedizioni. E dal servizio clienti risposte evasive , dicono che aprono un ticket ma non sanno quanto ci vuole per avere delle risposte, non sanno niente. Mah. Un sito così dovrebbe avere un servizio clienti competente.

Good customer experience Zamówiłem 2 swetry AMI PARIS, jeden przyszedł uszkodzony - ok zdarza się. To zaczynamy z procesem wymiany który trwa 3 TYGODNIE. W końcu przyszedł DRUGI również uszkodzony - tym razem zafarbowany. Żałosny poziom sprawdzania jakości oferowanych produktów. Narazie nie polecam. Będzie update, jak przyjdzie trzeci, czyli w połowie LISTOPADA. -- I ordered 2 AMI PARIS sweaters; one arrived damaged - okay, it happens. So, we start the exchange process, which takes 3 WEEKS. Finally, the SECOND one arrived, also damaged - this time it's discolored. Pathetic level of quality control on the products offered. For now, I don’t recommend. I was a little hesitant buying designer items after reading the reviews. It turned out I had nothing to worry about! My experience with Luisaviaroma has been awesome. I bought a bag and a coat. The bag was perfect and nicely presented in a box. The coat was cute but it was too large. Here’s where I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure how the exchange process would go. I followed the detailed email instructions, packed everything up and labeled the box. DHL picked up the next day and off the package went. The exchange was extremely quick and it went smoothly. I just received the exchanged size today and it fits perfectly. I will definitely be using Luisaviaroma again and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this retailer. I ordered two pairs of shoes (different sizes of the same shoes) and returned both in the same box promptly as they did not fit correctly. On receiving the item, Luisaviaroma claimed that I sent one shoe back in perfect condition and that the other shoe I sent back was a different size with some modifications made to it! This is ludicrous as who in their right mind would do that! They constantly kept quoting the same line about their rigorous checking/quality assurance process but failed to address the fact that my return was most definitely mixed up with one of their other returns in their facility and they are trying to con other customers into paying for their mistakes. I will have to go through insurance/my card issuer to get this resolved because the lies, gaslighting and lack of accountability is unprecedented for a so called ‘luxury’ retailer. I regret ever giving them my business previously and will make sure to never do so again and spread the word.
