Yesterday wrote email to customer service requesting info about my refund, still no answer. Shouldn't it be priority for return procedure for defective items?

Sep 22,2024I’m always satisfied with my experience with LVR, good prices, good service and good customer service. The only negative thing is the shipping cost which is better to be adjusted because many of other competitors offer free shipping after a certain price point.
