Sep 11,2024Honnêtement je pense que ce site est frauduleux je vous en supplie ne passez plus jamais commande sur ce site J’ai commandé une casquette Gucci prix 400€ depuis j’ai reçu un numéro commande et plus rien pas de date de livraison pas de personne au téléphone rien Nada 👎 c’est vraiment honteux il pense aller loin sur ce chemin 🤦🏾♂️quelle honte. Je prends note, mais Je ne pas reçu de remboursement comme vous l’indiqué dans votre réponse 2 jours après.

Sep 10,2024Articles de qualité, promotions intéressantes, utilisation possible d'une carte cadeau tout aussi intéressante, retours faciles, ..... UN GRAND REGRET : les frais de livraison sont particulièrement onéreux ce qui a pour effet de freiner les envies de commandes répétées. Exemple 10 commandes espacées = 160 € !!!!! C'est un problème majeur. Dommage.

Sep 10,2024I sent back a return as the item was fautly. They refused it saying it was worn. PayPal then approved my refund, so I sent it back a second time. This company obviously knows it’s way around this, when shipping internationally they have to pay a tax to have it released from customs, when they refuse this, it means it gets sent back to you, which meant they claim the return wasn’t received and won’t give you your money back! It’s disgraceful that they can get away with this especially when selling so many elite brands. Do not SHOP FROM HERE!!! choose another retailer that actually values there customers.

Sep 08,2024Luisaviaroma pratique des délais de traitement qui s’avèrent systématiquement plus longs que ceux annoncés. De l’acheminement des colis (qu’il s’agisse de la livraison des commandes comme des retours) à l’intervalle que nécessite toute réponse à un courriel, l’attente imposée s’apparente à de la désinvolture. Le point culminant de cette mésestime du client concerne le remboursement. Voici une semaine que mon retour a été réceptionné par les entrepôts de l’enseigne, mais on continue de m’inviter à patienter. En dépit de mes sollicitations répétées, les messages dilatoires constituent la seule solution évoquée. À l’aune de ces observations, mes expériences avec Luisaviaroma apparaissent en contradiction avec la qualité inhérente aux services qui distinguent les enseignes de luxe à leurs concurrentes dites mainstream. Si certains prix sont attractifs, le manque d’égards demeure à mes yeux un argument définitivement dissuasif.

Sep 08,2024Stavolta non sono stata soddisfatta. Ho acquistato un costume di reina olga che dopo solo la prima volta indossato si è scolorito. Mi sarei aspettata un intervento da parte Luisa , così non è stato. Su altri siti dove ho acquistato, un evento simile è capitato e sono stata rimborsata. Mi spiace stavolta sono rimasta scontenta.
