Jul 05,2024Paid for £16 “Express” delivery, which states 1-2 day delivery. I ordered the item late Monday night and it was here Friday afternoon. So definitely not express but it was coming all the way from Italy to the UK so not too bad. Communication with the store via email was okay my query was responded to within a day and my parcel arrived and I was required to sign for it. I had missed it the day before so DHL tried again today. The item is legitimate and came with an authenticity tag however, so all in all it was cheaper to order from LuisaViaRoma than any other website even with the £16 shipping. Just don’t expect actual Express shipping!

Jul 03,2024One of the residents I look after in my retirement community ordered a t-shirt for her grandson's birthday. She paid $20+ shipping (advertised as 1-2 days) for it to arrive almost a week late. She's now on a cruise and the package was "delivered" even though no one was available to sign for it (package was signature required) and upon checking her mail the package is no where to be found. I help her contact Luisaviaroma customer service and they're asking her to fill out a handwritten document to "open an investigation." As if the late and now missing package wasn't enough. She's on a cruise and does not have access to a printer, let alone the technical skills to figure out the printing process, and they're saying she has 48 hours to fill the form or else she's stuck with no item and $200 down the drain. Normally I'd never write reviews, but the lack of professionalism and care at Luisaviaroma is shocking. I'd be more than happy to remove this review if the issue is resolved.
