Whilst this dealership may be new, the Luscombe customer service you have come to expect from our Luscombe Suzuki and Mitsubishi dealerships is extended with our new MG business. I would like to compliment them for being very honest and for trying and succeeding . I bought an MG5 , the price was excellent , many thousands less than my local dealer , I was given £900 more for my trade in even though I'd bought it from the local dealer . The change over was hassle free . Thank you

Luscombe's is friendly, helpful and honest. They are not at all pushy and we felt comfortable dealing with them. They are efficient and well organised. Lucy and Sam were great on the sales process. James helped us set up the software in the new car and proved extremely knowledgeable. All round, it was an excellent experience.

Dealing with Luscombe was easy and hassle free. Andy who is the mobility specialist was polite,friendly everything you would want in someone who is helping you with choosing your first MG mobility car which we collected on the 15/4/24. I must say all the staff who we were privileged to interact with were all very friendly and professional all that you would expect to give the customer a 5 star service. Thank you

Took delivery of a brand new car in January it was parked in between two cars at the side of a building, when I got home I took a photograph of the front so I could remember the reg plate, a few weeks later my son asked why the front bumper was cracked with the badge hanging off on further inspection the whole bumper has been badly damaged & not by me, I checked the original photograph taken on the day I took delivery & yes I collected the car this way. So clearly the car had been parked that way so I wouldn’t see the front damage to a brand new car. Would not recommend anyone buy a car from here after this experience it’s absolutely shocking they had the cheek to hand over a damaged car. Reply to luscombe : I collected my car on 9/01/24 I have a photograph of the date & time with damage present, as usual car garage blaming the customer, they did know about the damage & have no intention of rectifying this only to pass the blame on. I can only recommend no one buy a car from here or if you do to check it with a fine tooth comb before leaving no matter how much of a rush they are in to get rid of you.

Would not recommend. Waste your time giving incorrect information and prices then when you go to proceed the price suddenly jumps up through 'human error' and there is nothing they can do. Hound you with emails and calls to get you to take a deal but when you ask for the complaints procedure you can't get a response. The manager was due to call but never did with no explanation. Finally spoke to head of retail sales that then gave very wishy washy answers and excuses to say they won't honour a price I received in writing. Extremely poor customer service experience would avoid!

Sales staff were amazing. However Car had some damage to a seat. I took the car in and was told later that day it would need a new wiring loom. Two days later I got a call to say “track one” said it wouldn’t cover the costs. I told them to go ahead and do the repair. A few days later I got a call from my insurance. I told them Luscombs had said I couldn’t claim but the guy on the phone said he would run it through anyway. Lo and behold the repair was covered by insurance. I was sent info saying the car would be taken to an approved garage to be repaired. Fast forward a week. I called the approved garage for an update to be told the car was still at MG. They had contacted MG to be told “we are doing some work on the car”. Now alarm bells are ringing. They called MG to be told MG had completed the work and I would have to pay for it. So MG never contacted my insurance at all till today. They are sticking to the fact I gave the go ahead. Which I do not deny. However I was at least misled.At most lied to. From a great sales team to what feels like a scam. AVOID. Update. Request for personal items to be removed from the car have been denied. Requests for telephone recordings that I was offered have not been fulfilled. So after a month we have finally got our car back. I made a complaint that got nowhere. They didn’t even bother to listen to the recordings they made. I asked for the complaint to be moved to the next stage and never heard anything else. This garage has really disappointed. .

Had the best buying experience. All the staff in MG were helpful and accommodating nothing was ever too much! Biggest thank you to Sam J who has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish from the purchase of my new car to leaving the garage and answering questions whenever I need support. Cannot recommend Luscombe enough!

If I can give 0 star I will. Avoid Avoid Avoid, untrustworthy company, Will never buy or used them again. The most unreliable and over priced company for aftersale. They charged me £350 for diagnostic, took theme 3 days to diagnostic a faulty CCU on my MG5 ev. I have checked with all the MG dealer around Leeds and Bradford and even checked Chorley MG no one charge more then £150. Congratulations on the worse Manager of the year Mr Dan Plumridge. Shame, shame, shame on you the worse Manager on duty I ever dealt with.

When we arrived to look at a MG HS Exclusive 2023 plate ex demo Lucy the sales Executive was very friendly and informative. There was no pressure to buy, the sales executive answered all our questions after a test drive we decided the vehicle was what we was looking for . Smooth handover two days later as promised Lucy rang me to see if all was ok . Good company and a pleasure to deal with would recommend.

Luscombe MG were great to deal with. Purchased my new MG5 from Ross Travis the sales executive I dealt with and he was great. Told me everything I needed to know and showed me, virtually, everything I needed to see as I was near Glasgow and couldn`t make the trip down. Great company, great deal and great sales exec. to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend the whole team. Love my MG5.

I have bought many cars from Luscombes for over ten years and recently purchased an MG4 . I have to say time and time again these guys are fantastic and really look after you and treat you like a human and not a sales target. This is why I have been back and back again the experience is always first class. If you are wanting a good experience do not hesitate to go to Luscombes. Many thanks again.

I have recently had my car in for a minor fault. I was given one of the electric cars to get home in. Absolutley flawless drove like a dream. I would consider Hybrid but I don't think I am actually ready to make the big splash just yet. Thanks to the customer service team on the front desk. Mindful of information and always ready to help. Thank you also for my little goodie bag. It's the little things like that, that makes me love MG more. Thank you 07/11/2023;

Bought our HS on 31/10/23. Service was excellent , staff were friendly and very helpful. Ross Travis was the gentleman we dealt with and nothing was too much trouble for him. All in all our experience was very very good.

I bought my new MG ZS EV car from Luscombe MG Leeds. The car in itself is excellent, but what I really appreciated most was the professional and selfless effort of Ross Travis the sales representative throughout the sales process. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

Good all round experience. No lengthy waiting in showroom all done over phone. Price agreed, documents sent then collected. No hassle. Sales staff very good and helpful. Big thanks to Nadeem who dealt with all the nitty gritty
