Nadeem, the sales Exec was really helpful efficient, and good advice was received. I would never have thought he had only recently started. Smooth deal, only minor issues which were my fault. Bought a new MG from Luscombe in July. Very little information given about the car at handover. Within 2 days, the wing mirrors and windows packed in. Apparently a fault with MG. Live 16 mile away from the dealership, so took the car, at my expense to be sorted out. Three weeks later same fault occurred. Month later occurred for the third time. Decided that as we live only 4 mile away from another MG dealership to take the car there rather than Luscombe's. They said my redress was with Luscombe's as they sold the car. Now they have at last received a relacement part from MG (know that this is not Luscombe's fault) so now have to take it again, so with travelling another wasted day. No offer of a Courtesy Car. Shall certainly not be taking my car to Luscombe's for a Service when it is due.

Sales Exec., Lucy Moss, took very good care of us throughout our buying experience; she made sure we understood all aspects and introduced us to the Service Team, who answered our questions about all technical aspects of our new car. The only minor omission was that no-one mentioned to us the £50 cash for a personal recommendation; for which our son, who had recently purchased an MG5, would have qualified. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
Andy Manchester was the man I dealt with and he was spot on from the word go. I had a couple of followups to sort after I collected the car and he was just as helpful then. A plus!

The most easiest and smooth transaction from any dealership, I’ve ever experienced. Extremely impressed with the customer experience from the first enquiry through to purchase and after. My email and telephone enquiries were answered politely and promptly and made me feel confident in my decision to go ahead with the purchase. Safi knew everything about the car, answering my questions well. He also asked me questions to make sure I was looking at a vehicle that fitted my needs. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no ‘hard sell’ at all. Safi and Matt went above and beyond from the minute the car was delivered on-site to me collecting in a record breaking timescale…. 🤩 To say I’m happy or delighted with the car and service is an understatement. Love everything about the car from the steering, road handling, comfort, and user friendly interface to the whole customer experience. So much so, my husband is now in the process of purchasing another one from Safi. Really is personal service and a joy to find.
I paid a deposit that they said is refundable if you change your mind. But now trying to get a refund is like geting blood out of a stone. Well on the day i left this review i had sam contact me by phone he said that there was a issue with there stripe payment method and true he did action a refund that has now come through so someone that cares.

First Mg5 service after 1 year. Dropped car off at Luscombe service centre as arranged at 10:00am. Had a coffee while paperwork was completed, caught a bus opposite the showroom into Leeds. Arrived back at 1:00pm and the service was complete, car had been washed and a video health check of the cars condition sent to my phone. Everything went well, no problems.
Absolutely shocking service from the start to be honest. 1st we were told our new car would be a few days and then it was a few weeks. Emailed the director and then things were magically sorted out. Not very professional service from Fazz at handover of the car, constantly answering calls and then calling us once we’d taken handover of the car to question us on our old car which should have been addressed previously if there was an issue. Fast forward three months and we’ve had multiple problems already with our BRAND new car. Screen turning off, electric seats coming on and not being able to turn them off. The car wouldn’t start numerous times. Called MG luscombe for them to advise it would be 20 days before they could look at it. Absolute joke. Then changed their minds on the date and said they “might” be able to sort a car but we wouldn’t know for a few days. Then advised if we took it to another MG it would void the warranty (what a joke!!) This was extremely distressing for me as someone with mental health issues I heavily reply on the car. Safe to say we have now got rid of the car. Clearly not very reliable and the staff at the MG luscombe are shocking, I am disgusted at the service we have been given from this garage, I would highly suggest to look else where and definitely not at an MG ZS.
I submitted an online request for finance figures for a new car. Salesman phoned me to say he wouldn't do it because I would either have to reserve a car or wait until July when there is going to be a price increase. Obviously I couldn't commit to a new car without knowing how much it would cost. Very strange conversation altogether. John Sharples
As a family run business it shows. It shows in the care that they show when dealing with customers, both in person and via internet/mailshots. I will have no hesitation in visiting Luscombs again for my cars' next annual service.

Jan 31,2023Great service from Luscombe's and Nadeem whom I dealt with for purchase of my MG4. Car arrived sooner than promised. I was purchasing remotely and with part exchange and Nadeem made the process straight forward, dealing with things efficiently and in a friendly way. The new car was delivered today and I am really pleased with it.
