Intrigued, I decided to send them an online enquiry, and to my surprise, I received a call back within just 30 minutes. I spoke with Nadeem, who attentively listened to my situation and assured me that he would ensure I get a car within next 10 days. Throughout the entire process, Nadeem and Sam went above and beyond to take care of me. They have arranged for the finance and even went the extra mile to contact my previous dealer to close the loan account. Additionally, they provided me with a courtesy car, a 2022 MG Electric SUV, which was a great gesture. The level of service provided by Nadeem and Sam was truly exceptional. Decided to move to an electric vehicle as I had bought my Civic from new 6 years ago. Saw pictures of th MG 4 and decided to take a Sunday drive to investigate further. My nearest dealer had shut so drove to Luscombe's and arranged for a test drive the following week. Met Ross when we got there and having never had an EV before had loads of questions. Ross answered all my questions thoroughly in an understandable why. Went for a long drive on the motorway and enjoyed the drive (although it took some getting used to). Spent a lot of drive with Ross chatting amiably with us. Decided to purchase a Red Trophy (wanted Orange originally, but there was a long wait and when I saw one it wasn't as nice). Went the following week went to sign he papers. Picking the car up the following week, we noticed some marks on the Piano black floating shelf and Ross immediately and to our satisfaction. The following day I noticed a chip on the bonnet and sent photo to Ross. He immediately offered to pick the car up from and lease a courtesy car so I could get to work, and dropped it back the following day. Since then I had a problem after I unbound my car from the iSmart app. I rang Luscombe's, and although Ross wasn't there, the gentleman I spoke to was brilliant and walked me through the resolution. All-in-all my experience has been one of good service in friendly non-pressured environment. Thanks to Ross and the Luscombe team
Really helpful, knowledgeable and flexible service from Ross who looked after my purchase of a new MG4 Trophy. Despite some unexpected delays on my side, there was never any pressure and everything went smoothly from placing the order to collecting the car. Very happy with the car too!
This is my 3rd new car and the sales person James came across as honest and human so he did not have all the answers, I would have definitely given 5 star for James but the new car that was given to me was dirtier than a second hand car with breadcrumbs and dust. Unbelievable, never thought a new car can be presented in this condition. Maybe it depends on customers background? Thanks for ruining the new car experience. Ordered on good Friday and just picked up car today but not enough time to check the last details? Have included some of the photos, door sensors was not working so the car had to be taken to workshop to be fixed. I would not recommend based on my experience, I have videoed my experience. My daughters experience "dad we will have to wash the car" You know I will most definitely not use them again. Hope this review helps you. Carzoo sales second hand cars but includes photo of imperfections, I think we need similar tools for new car sales. This has part has been added after reply from dealers. What is experience of buying a new car? James did put some of the things right but told him how I felt of the experience. Carl did call call me and offered me to bring the car in for a valet but I told him, for me to travel from Bradford to Leeds to get the car valeted will mean losing out few hours off work so not worthwhile. This was left at that, everybody has their own opinion and they can decide how they would have felt with deliverance of vehicle that service after. Thank you

We picked up are car from Luscombe MG on Wednesday 29th of March 2023. When we got on the motorway it started to rain we used the wipers and noticed 3 marks that did not move. When we arrived home I inspected the windscreen to find the marks were actually small chips. I then contacted Nadeem the sale guy we had delt with and we took it down on the Sunday as agreed to be looked at and was told someone would call me on Monday they didn't I had to call back on Tuesday to chase up. To be told they had no intention of doing anything about it at all even told to claim on my own insurance to sort. I certainly will not be buying another brand new car from them. If you do make sure you check it over with a fine tooth combe because once they have your money they don't care one bit.

I have recently purchased a new car, our first visit was in February when we were greeted very warmly by Ross Travis with whom we had an appointment with. He discussed with us our requirements and what you had to offer etc. following which I agreed the purchase of a new car to be picked up a few days later, unfortunately there were major problems with MG's computer and the taxing of vehicles. Ross kept me fully informed and dealt with any problems immediately. I eventually picked the car up on the 2nd March and the handover was very quick and easy. We noticed a few problems driving home, for example the hazard light staying on to say a door was open, which we could not resolve, I spoke to Ross first thing the next morning about the problems and I have to say a big thank you to him for going out of his way to help me by calling at my home on his way home from work to resolve the problems and his patience in discussing things with me.
We bought an MG4 EV from Luscombe MG Leeds in February 2023. I'd done some background research so I knew that the MG4 was a great value EV beforehand, but I was still very much undecided if the MG4 was the car we would definitely buy as our first EV and I was open minded as to where I'd buy from. When I contacted Luscombes I was put through to sales executive Ross Travis, who we then dealt with through out. I think it was the quality of support including the flexibility of approach that Ross and other MG staff offered that won us over and stood out from some other dealers and brands we experienced. One important feature from there off was that it felt like Ross was actually an EV enthusiast which was certainly not a universal experience with other car dealers who sold EVs. I was keen to take the car away and test drive it for a morning and really get a feel for it before I committed. Ross agreed to this which gave me and my wife the chance to decide if this was the car for us. Most other dealers just offer 25 -30 mins with the instructor in the car on a fixed route. That flexibility over test driving and keeping in regular touch throughout the process made all the difference. There were some temporary challenges in the process over getting the car registered by the manufacturer MG due to issues outside Luscombe's control, but Ross kept us informed throughout and he and his colleagues put every effort to expedite the process as far as they could. This was our first experience of buying a new car. I'd like to thank Ross and the rest of the Luscombe MG staff for helping make the experience a positive one.

I had a MG on order from another Dealer for over 5 months and at the end of that period was confronted with an Email offering immediate delivery. To say I was appalled was an understatement! This matter became the subject of some discussion with other MG owners, several of who independently offered the advice deal with Luscombes MG stating they are reliable and would offer a fair deal. With these comments in mind I arranged a meeting with Ross Travis and was shown a comparison to the purchase I was awaiting. It became apparent that had made a mistake and promptly cancelled that Order. Ross offered virtually, a drive away purchase, at a competitive price which I had no hesitation in accepting. I am finding Ross, Open, honest and helpful. He puts customer service first and prioritises the customer requirements rather than upselling features. He considers Affordability and only suggested necessary financial purchases (GAP insurance and Service Plan) which would be of Benefit during the term of the sales contract to enhance the ownership of the vehicle. I have no reservations at the time of writing this revue in recommending Luscombe MG to People considering purchasing this particular brand .
