Oct 01,2019My daughter had a car accident on the 29th of July .Serious enough to be taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary by ambulance,Luckily she was discharged the same day with concussion and whiplash injuries .Macks solicitors were appointed to take the case and as the person who caused the accident admitted full liability we thought this would be straight forward and easy.To date my daughter has had no after care at all .Every time she contacts Macks she is advised somebody will call her back ,they never do . When she does speak to somebody they send her another form to complete and return ,regarding insurance they are trying to sell .This is a straight forward case ,however my daughter would really have benefitted from a course of physio therapy every time she has asked they have advised they would get back to her .The same as counselling my daughter is scared to get in the car again after being flipped over ,Macks again have not done anything about this .Large company quick enough to want the claim but sadly lacking in customer service.

Both sales were problematic and required a large amount of work from the all team over a long period of time. Throughout I found all the team to be professional and patient in explaining everything to me. I would recommend them. In addition the help and assistance of Kerry Brundall in setting up a Deputyship and then completing the Probate was amazing. She is very professional and easy to talk to.
