Jan 07,2020Macks solicitors take on difficult cases and they never give in ,at the same time they are polite and friendly and thorough in their work. I was late getting information to them and they kept in touch late in the night to help me. They made sure things were sorted out for me in the early hours and that is credit to them. I can honestly say i would definitely recommend Macks solicitors to anyone who want a good reliable service by dedicated solicitors.

It really couldn't have been easier. The value for money was in my opinion, perfect. All bills were broken down thoroughly and there was never a moment where I had to take a second look or consider any of the charges. All in all it was an easy process. I just wish that I had sought out the services of Mack's sooner.

Jan 06,2020I was using this firm to get my divorce. Communication - very poor Lack of professionalism - I have had to correct simple errors on paperwork. They are clearly using generic letters, even to the extent of forgetting to change the name to mine. Promising services and not delivering. In short, a no contest divorce, no children and assets split equally and it has already taken 5 months! But they are really efficient when it comes to asking for payment. NB - Now, as I have written that I am not satisfied with their service, they are refusing to act for me. I would not recommend their services. Update February 2020: After raising a complaint they gave me a refund but did not tell me to explain to the court I had to expunge them from the proceedings. And they STILL cannot spell my name correctly! Perhaps they are doing it deliberately. Still would not recommend them.

Following the death of a family member Macks provided the much needed guidance and support we required to process the estate and were most sympathetic at a very delicate time. LMM/109144/3 - Several years ago Macks drew up a will and registered Lasting Powers of Attorney (one for property & financial affairs and another for health & welfare) for my mother. In October 2018 the Lasting Power of Attorney for health & welfare had to be actioned and Macks organised this for me. After by mother subsequently died in January 2019 Macks acted on my behalf to obtain Grant of Probate for my mother's estate. In all the above areas of dealing with Macks I have found them most professional. All procedures were explained with patience and understanding and the processes actioned expediently with excellent communications advising me of progress and what actions I was required to perform to assist the processes.Clearly the nature of my business with Macks has been sensitive and at times emotive. At all times they have demonstrated appropriate sensitivity and empathy. I would gladly recommend Macks Solicitors.
