Following on from a work accident which was due to faulty fitted shutters I suffered a head wound and damaged shoulder. I had never pursued a claim of any sort previous and was recommended Macks by a family member. From the first meeting with Anthony I was put at ease straight away, and everything concerning the process was explained in excellent detail with the emphasis on support for me. Anthony managed to secure the claim which I was very happy with but the overriding part of the entire process was the way in which the team at Macks kept me informed. Regular emails and contact throughout, asking if I was ok and if I needed anything, genuine concern for wellbeing of me and my family was wonderful. I would not hesitate recommending Macks to anyone who needed legal help as they are one of, if not, the most caring and professional company I have ever dealt with. A credit to themselves and a major asset to Teesside. I would urge anyone with a injury claim to go to Macks, not a claim helpline but a genuine warm and caring company that puts the client first. Thanks for all the help.

Following an accident I was recommended Macks solicitors which I must say "have been tremendous in their work." The staff there have kept me updated all the through right up to the completion of the case. They have given me honest and professional advice during this time. It has all been conveniently undertaken with emails and telephone calls which was easy for me. I'd like to thank Anthony and kym as this who I have been working with. Good outcome !

I was very pleased with the service I received from Macks.Linda Monks who dealt with the probate was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.The price they charged was reasonable and the time they took to sort it out was a lot quicker than I expected.overall I was very satisfied.

Recently had a long two years case with Macks solicitors. From the very beginning to the end they were fantastic in every aspect of my case from dealing with the other party to keeping me updated with everything that was happening. They even managed to successfully conclude my case with me receiving good compensation. The best solicitors in Teesside I would say. Brilliant job by James and all of the team. I would definitely use Macks again in the future.
