Jan 04,2017James Pritchard of Macks Solicitors was recommended to me by a local bike store when I took my bike in for repairs after my accident. Although Macks was not a local Law firm in my area, I was still able to easily communicate even when abroad for most of the year. The whole procedure was explained to me in an easy to understand way and this continued throughout the claim. I had never needed a Solicitor before so this was a whole new experience which was made very easy by James and his secretary, I am very grateful for all of James' assistance and would highly recommend him and his company.

Dec 22,2016I came to Macs after seeing an advert in a hospital, I didn't want to use a firm from the insurance company and so was looking for a local firm. James Pritchard at Macs and his legal assistants were all friendly and helpful throughout the process explaining everything clearly and answering my questions promptly. The claim was relatively straightforward, other driver prosecuted for dangerous driving, however his insurance company was reticent in both the quantity and speed of their offers. James eventually advised we go to court hearing and this resulted in a significant uplift. Payments to me were made swiftly and their costs were the standard 25% which I found to be completely reasonable given the excellent service and advice I received. I would definitely use this business again.
