Feb 15,2023I would highly recommend Macks Solicitors to others, following a motorcycle accident on a legal byway I contacted a number of Solicitors whom all refused to take on my case. James at Macks listened to my situation and took on my case. James walked me through the steps of the no win no fee claim. During the claim James managed to get the defendants to admit breach of liability. I was kept fully updated all the way through the claim process which was settled out of court. Rosemary is very thorough and has an outstanding working knowledge of family law. Throughout the process I always had support from her and her team. The communication throughout the process was excellent and most importantly the advice given was always honest and not what I wanted to hear. The Council appointed by Mrs. Alderson for the final hearing were outstanding and a much better result than expected was achieved. Once again, a huge thank you for the support during the process. Although things dragged on due to covid, and everything had to be done over the phone, or by letter, which made my experience slightly annoying at times. I was reasonably happy with the outcome. I would use them again, if needed.

When I called for advice before instructing the firm it was Len who called me back... an actual solicitor and not just somebody to take details and pass them on. This afforded me the opportunity to ask a few questions and actually get some answers instead of being fobbed off by secretarial staff who couldn't answer questions and wouldn't put you through to a solicitor unless you signed up. This firm and Len in particular were prompt, efficient and effective. I really felt like I was informed through every step of the process, nothing was too much trouble, emails and calls were answered if not immediately within the same business day. I felt like Len really had my best interest front and centre and worked hard to get a positive result. Excellent firm, I would choose them again and have already recommended them to others.
