The correspondence was frequent and was presented in such a manner that it was easy to understand.The whole staff from Top to Bottom have been totally professional and would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family. If there were more stars I would of kept adding. They have allowed me to put a line under my personal experience and move on with my life. Thanks again to all involved.

Apr 15,2022My solicitor was very responsive and she got me a decent payout from my ex-employer for the injury I suffered due to their negligence. She was upfront about the costs which I found fair as I wasn’t willing to risk paying a solicitor firm I had never heard of when there was a chance I could have been further out of pocket, hopefully I never have such an injury again but if I do I’ll contact Mac’s again.

Mar 08,2022I was knocked off my bike by a car driver (driver error) I was out of action for some time afterwards & my bike was badly damaged... I contacted Macks to deal with my claim for compensation. I had no idea what to expect by way of procedure - as I have never dealt with solicitors to claim for anything like this before... Or even dealt with so much as a minor car accident in my over thirty five years of driving/riding. James & Amanda dealt with my case, I honestly cannot praise them highly enough, they were very friendly & helpful, going above & beyond to explain everything that was happening & what I should expect to happen next, they reassured me & addressed my concerns - repeatedly gave me very welcome advice & All contact with them - be it verbal or via letter or email was extremely efficient, friendly & professional in making sure I knew what I needed to do & exactly how to do it. They were very patient & I never felt they were rushing me in any of the conversations that we had. My case was settled quickly, I am very happy with the sum i was awarded, it will replace my damaged bike & fairly compensate me for the many weeks I was unable to go about my life unaided. Because my case was settled by Macks without dragging on for a long time, I was very grateful to them for only taking half the fee (percentage wise) that they could have done - leaving a greater figure to be awarded to myself. As you can probably tell. I am one happy customer. I really hope I am never hit by a car again - they're hard - it hurts! But, if I am ever in that situation again. Even through covid they kept in touch on a regular basis, if I had any questions I could just call and someone was there. It took a while like I said through covid but my case was successful. And I’m very very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Macks as they get the job done very professionally. They also dealt with an accident my husband had a few years ago, and again came out successful. A highly recommended company.

I chose Macks because 20 years ago they represented me in a claim, also as this was a RTC involving me as the cyclist, I knew Macks had solicitors who were Cyclists just like me. I found the whole process easy and I could contact by E Mail and my query was answered A.S.A.P., as I work Night Shifts I thought I may miss important information. Macks took note of my Employment situation and duly contacted me at a time that suited me.
