Apr 18,2020I am not able to check if I qualify for a financing program for a computer because their ridiculous website keeps demanding that I verify my Email address, even though I am already logged into my account.... On top of this, the site keeps telling me to disable my pop up[ blocker, but it is not enabled at all. This is ignorant, and I am sick to death of websites that are created by morons, who do not kn ow anything about administrating a functional internet presence. These types of companies should be fined for being imbecilic, and never be allowed to crowd up the internet with their sloppily coded webpages. TOTALLY WORTHLESS WEBSITE!!

With the cost of college it was nice to be able to save a few hundred $ on each purchase and receive a great product. With so many places online that sell used MacBooks it was the reviews that made me buy from Macs4u. Outstanding products, both machines I purchased were flawless in appearance and functionality. Communication was outstanding as well! This is how a business is supposed to treat there customers. If your reading this don't hesitate, make the purchase you won’t regret it.

Apr 16,2020Absolutely love this computer! The only problem I had was trouble migrating data from my old computer because the MacBook Pro had a different OS than the MacBook Air. This is an operator complication, not a computer issue, per se. Make a note, it pays to do your homework before moving data from one computer to the other.

Apr 15,2020Alright experience. Would be better if you could narrow down the year MacBook you will be buying. On the shipping..... it would’ve GREAT if you gave the option to not have to sign. Or AT LEAST don’t block what the recipient needs to see on fedex. Customer support? They act like no one works! Started out great and fell down to a zero when having questions as to the delivery being signed for. Replying to my email a day later. Not good on that. So you say that it is a late 2016 model. And on the MacBook itself it is a early 2015. So I change my review to full of crap. Do not buy from them. And as far as the shipping. Called fedex and they also said the same as their site, the shipper, macs4u wouldn’t let me see the delivery time. So??? Good luck to whomever buys from them. You can see they lie to try and make them look better.>>>> Looked up my MacBook Air and yes, my MacBook I bought from macs4u says on the display EARLY 2015 and yes, that is what apple says it should be. So are you saying you shipped me the wrong MacBook? Thanks for your quick responses, to bad you weren't this quick when I actually had questions on my order.
