I was so impressed that after I ordered my refurbished MacBook I received an email asking if I had any questions, etc. and thanked me for my order. It wasn't just an ordinary email. It was a few days after the order. Plus, I received a phone call. Who does that? They do!

Great purchase. If you are feeling iffy about this site don’t! I chose this site over eBay and Amazon bc they had great reviews and I am more than happy with my purchase. I was expecting a MacBook with some cosmetic damages, but this was not the case at all. Mac looks brand new, works super fast and holds a great charge! If you see the Mac you want on this site do not hesitate to buy!

Really pleased with my experience.
