Dec 17,2014I ordered a Jamie Oliver Home Cooker from Magar as they seemed to have the best price and free shipping. The order went smoothly and the item was delivered in good time. Unfortunately, the device was faulty and had to be returned. Their customer service was very good indeed, given that it was only two weeks before Christmas, they were able to send me a replacement within a week and a return label was emailed to me for the faulty item. The replacement works fine. I primarily contacted them via email, but did ring once and got straight through to someone who was aware of my concern and was happy to help. My only slight criticism would be that their packaging could be better. I would happily recommend this company.

Glad that I did ! - I came across the Magar site and checked for the product but having never used the site before I needed some reassurance, so checked out the reviews and have been extremely satisfied with the efficiency of the site and delivery service.

Dec 09,2014I must admit I had never heard of Magar and only found them when their name came up during the search for my grand-daughter's Christmas gifts and after checking them out decided to order from them. I paid for express delivery, which I thought was very reasonable compared to other online retailers; and my order arrived safely and well packaged within 48 hrs. I was kept updated throughout the process. I cannot fault them on their service and would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Nov 28,2014Actually found the website by chance when googling a product. It was the cheapest I'd seen the item. Was a bit dubious as I hadn't heard of the company. So glad I did order as it was no hassle, everything as promised and fast delivery - ordered Thursday evening and it arrived Saturday morning via Royal Mail. Would definitely recommend.

I searched the net to look for the lowest price however magor came up time after time and even free delivery or express delivery at a very good price.
