The order was placed Sunday evening and despatched Monday, I was kept informed with a tracking number. The item arrived in good time and was met my expectations. A great all round service

In mean time received several emails to keep me updated about my order & delivery. Product ordered was as described plus couldn't find it for better price anywhere else. Would definitely use them again.

I placed my order for a set of Joseph Joseph spoons, got confirmation of the order and when it would be delivered and the delivery was spot on (a couple of days within ordering as promised). Very pleased!

The product arrived within 2 days. Was exactly what I ordered, and works perfectly. Fabulous. No complaints and would definitely use again.

I was then kept informed at every stage; dispatch, tracking details etc. - I even received an email to say my item had been delivered! Upon receipt the item was well-packaged without being over-wrapped AND included a detailed invoice. Very impressed and would very highly recommend Magar; this is service as it SHOULD be.
