It is an item that will last for years and be passed down from generation to generation. Will be looking forward to bringing it out every Christmas. Nov 22,2013I wanted a drum kit for my daughter's birthday, but a previous order had to be cancelled, so it was all rather last minute. This company were excellent at communication, both before the order when I spoke to them about timing, and after the order they kept me informed all the way through the process. There was a problem with Parcelforce delivering the item, but even then the company was great and credited me back the delivery charge plus some. All in all, I thought it was a great service, and it felt that they had the time to deal with me individually rather than just as an order number.
