Jul 28,2021Josh is extremely professional, totally trustworthy, respectful and immensely kind. He always listened carefully to my questions and was quick and clear in answering. I had to convert Euros in Swiss Francs; the Magna Financial services and exchange rate were fantastic. Josh was of very good advice to me, also keeping me updated during each step. The whole process was so easy and perfect, that it's been above my expectations, that is why I will use Magna Financial, when needed, in the future and that I sincerely and highly recommend Josh and Magna Financial to anyone.

The estate agent I am using for this deal recommended Saeed Abbassi (Magna Financial) to support my need to maximise the conversion of my sterling to euros. I contacted Saeed and he talked me through the process and advised on when was the best time to carry out the transaction based on my personal circumstances. Saeed put my mind at ease from the beginning and explained the process of completion In simple stages so I was fully aware of what was going to happen. I cannot rate magna highly enough the friendly professional service they provide is amazing nothing to much trouble for Saeed and Osman and the other friendly staff members! You can ring them up with any questions and they are straight forward with you And answer the phone quickly! No waiting no automated annoying answer phones Easy account setup they will guide you through over the phone ! And all money transfers done whilst your on the phone speaking to Saeed or Osman etc ! Fantastic rates far cheaper than using banks to transfer money uk or Overseas! No hidden % or surcharges, they give you best rate on the day there and then ... Confirmation emails with full breakdowns of monies transferred etc I can only give my honest opinion about magna financial services! And my honest opinion is definitely 100% use them You will not regret it ... Dave P
