The process was complicated and challenging but Tracey and Kim gave us excellent support during the whole process. Even with stuff that was not mortgage related. I don’t know how we would have coped without them!

Jun 23,2024Mehrfach hatte ich bereits das Vergnügen mit Frau Jovana Schäfer von MMC zusammenzuarbeiten und war jedes Mal sehr angenehm überrascht mit welcher Professionalität sie arbeitet. Gutes Wissen, gute Erreichbarkeit, Termine wurden stets pünktlich eingehalten und anscheinend verfügt Frau Schäfer über sehr gute Kontakte zu unterschiedlichen Banken..... Ich war bzw. bin sehr zufrieden mit der kompletten Finanzierungsabwicklung. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder. Frau Schäfer ist bedenkenlos weiterzuempfehlen!! Alles Gute & weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Feb 21,2024MMC were great from the first moment. My wife and I initially only contacted them as a fact finding mission. Intending on looking to buy a house in a year or so. In the end we put an offer on a house that same week; and MMC kept up with the process every step of the way. The team were all very helpful, quick to reply, and we're able to recommend good people for every part of the purchase. From valuation, lawyers, notary. Everything. Very helpful as we have not lived on the island that long. Would recommend to everyone.

Correspondence, phone calls, keeping us updates was professional can not fault them at all. Tracey , Kim were all brilliant easy talk to about any queries we had. Besides finding us the best commercial terms, what stood out with Tracey, our counterpart at MMC, was her ability to make the process feel simple. Both by being excellent at explaining the steps but also very transparent. As a non-resident, having someone like Tracey is priceless. Even after the closing she is available to help to bridge any misunderstandings with the bank. I think that says a lot about her professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend Tracey.
