Opened an account to use during Cheltenham. Just off live chat to be told the account has been restricted after 1 10 euro treble. No explanation given other than it's a traders decision. Avoid & save yourself the hassle.

I really do question the good 5 star feed back.. asked for my verification in PDF I send that they then say no we cant accept pdf so send picture taken from my phone to be told they don't accept that either.. have used many gaming sites and NOT 1 has been so problematic. ( SO NOT NEW TO HAVING TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNTS). never had any issues verification of documents so now sitting wondering if I have been scammed

Hi, I urge people NOT to sign up with this company. Held onto funds for several weeks despite my deposits doubling what im trying to withdraw, and uploading verification. Asked for verification on withdrawal (against the rules of the equally inept and probably more corrupt gambling commission), yet still allow me to gamble and place bets. All positive reviews are from people working for them. Stay away from this money grabbing site. Tried to contact online chat. Half hour waiting time! Lol worst ever online casino experience. Edit* got in contact with them after another bad loss (because they are cheats) only to get cut off halfway through the conversation and my account closed! Asked them to look at my betting history and asked them if this was fair before this happened. (No response). Absolutely disgusting! You won't last long
