May 02,2019Opened an account 3 weeks ago. Unusual for me,won a few pound. 2 withdrawals of £28,accepted. Another withdrawal of £10,and proof of who I am requested. What a mickey mouse company. Forgive me for insulting you,mickey. My advice,keep away from Mansion Bet,a company who give bad bookies,a BAD NAME.

Apr 15,2019The website is pretty nice and the odds are competitive, they use the same platform as a few other sites I know of, such as Sportnation. And 10bet, it's a solid platform, simple to navigate,. There is a solid welcome offer, the wagering is pretty steep but it's still quite a generous one. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because they were too slow to verify me, took a couple weeks and didn't reply to my email until I politely reminded them, also I had to go on live chat to get a free bet credited, which is always a hassle. I'd recommend them though, plus the guy they use on YouTube who does the impressions is a funny guy, they should use him more.

Apr 15,2019Customer service very poor and offers are even worse.. the amount you spend you get no value in return.. I now use moplay sports and on top of there sign up bonus ive received a further £85 no wagering no catch in free bets far better than mansionbet.

Apr 12,2019Joined Mansionbet on their introductory offer and placed a bet which I won at the enhanced odds. I then used the free bets all on another bet which won. I requested a withdrawal on Wednesday and uploaded all the required documentation. I received an email informing me that my documentation is being checked. Two days later on Friday I received the funds in my bank account. The only glitch was when I tried to place my first bet with them initially, it kept on coming up with an error but the way around it is to log out the platform and log back in again. I then placed the first and second bets smoothly without any problems. I would recommend Mansionbet to friends and family. Thanks!

Apr 09,2019I totally agree with all the terrible reviews I have read about this dispicable Mansionbet site. They are without a doubt conning people as they take your deposits very easily, but bad luck if you have a win as you most definitely won't get your winnings. I deposited £20 on Saturday so as to have a bet on the Grand National for myself and my children. I ended up with a £10 win but this site will not let me withdraw my winnings. I know £10 is not a huge amount of money, but it is the principle that is important to me. The fact that they have quite happily taken my money and now I cannot take back what I won is beyond disgusting. I am a middle aged disabled lady who has a small flutter once in a blue moon. I feel sorry for people who have lost larger sums to these scum bags, but it is so annoying to be ripped off, for whatever amount. As for their customer service, they can't even be bothered to reply to my emails. I highly recommend anyone reading these reviews to NOT join this site. I will be taking this further and will try my damndist to get these crooks closed down.

Apr 05,2019iam begging you all do not open a n account with this betting site abso conning robbers deposited 10 quid thur 28th march won i think 92 quid tried to with draw not a chance opened the account about 6 30 on thursday the evening sunday morning send of id from passport but i had been blocked i have sent emails to them and bank statements but then i recieved a email saying they accepted my details still cant log on,in the ist email they say that if the security team think that i am not 18 then they will refund my deposit waiting on that i am 61 years old never been treated like this before they are a big conn and be sure i will make sure that facebook and all other media gets a little rite up on this o and dont even think u will get ya free bet ,i will chase and slag this company off untill they come to some sort of agreement you low lifes and anybody who says you are great must be liars or family related to you love a good winge cant wait for the reply thanks stephen jack

Apr 04,2019This is a Very BAD Bookie. My account was limited with in one week. I didn't even get a chance to use the site and sample there sports. I suppose it was because I won big with the welcome offer. They hate it when you win. So.... Boom. Personally I find it even more amusing that After I told them to close the account properly. Two days later... I get an email asking me to leave some feedback about my experience with them. It 's like they really have no idea who there customers are. So All in all there one of the worst bookies I have ever had to deal with. Stay away from them.

Apr 01,2019DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS BOOKMAKER. I use the term loosely. Won a small amount of money on first bet and they demanded id as soon as that happened. I provided valid photo ID Driver Licence and bank statements - they claim they are not valid. They originally said it was a 'failed security check' then claimed it was to do with my age - I'm 48 ! They have now frozen my account! I think they must be going bankrupt or something. I don't care about the money it was a small amount anyway - BUT I THOUGHT I MUST WARN OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS SITE YOU COULD LOSE ANY MONEY YOU DEPOSIT.

Mar 30,2019I like it! Not the best odds, a lot of Casino games (to make you spend more as you don't have option to exclude from Casio), but they are safe! I was in France and I tried to login and place few bets, but my account get blocked. When I contact the Support they explained me that they detected login attempts from other country and they blocked the account til they are sure that it's me. No other bookie did this before.

Mar 17,2019Terrible company, 5 days of pending to withdraw cash after a big win and now they are restricting the maximum I can win on each bet with the tennis in the semi final of the Indian Wells. Outstandingly bad company. Why advertise betting stats then restrict what you can win, and we are talking placing a £200 bet on first set win and getting a message that maximum return is £27. I am not talking maximum BET, this is maximum WIN they are permitting me! I only won £5000 off them the other day, not like I broke the bank. As soon as I get my withdrawal from them am out of there. So, 5 business days for pending to be approved and then the bank transfer time. Avoid them like the plague.

Used third party site and reviewed and nothing there to warn you and same on depositing. no warning if using paypal then no bonus. contacted and they offer 50% on card deposit. totally unacceptable and perhaps even dishonest on their advert

Mar 08,2019Awful company. I am a member of gamstop and unfortunately I had a day where I wanted to gamble. I made an account with mansion bet using a different email address of mine and my new address. They accepted my deposit of 45, 50 and four separate stake of ten pound from Friday to Saturday. I managed to win 700 pound on roulette so I withdrew it on the Friday night. Knowing I had the money coming this way I went out on Saturday and speant a lot of money thinking the money would be in my account by Tuesday the latest. Only to find Monday morning my account has been blocked and I can’t acsess it. I have rang the support team every single day this week and emailed 100 times to just get an automated email back saying “thankyou we will get back to you in the next 24 hours” I have no money in my personal account to pay my bills because Ive spent money thinking mansion bet would transfer my winnings but not a chance! Very hard to get hold of and take your money! Yes I shouldn’t of registered but they did accept my money so I want my winnings. Stay away! Feb 24,2019Signed up with deposit bonus deposited £100 but recieved no bonus, same as other reviews spoke to same guy nikola (a Nigerian bloke) didn’t care!! Said if I deposit a second amount!!! I’ll get the bonus sound like one man in a office a complete scam.
