Can not use free bets again, no live chat again.
Spoke with Lance in customer service who was magnificent and nothing was too much trouble, I sporadically receive £100 or more free bets which is always welcome while I feel mansionbet are easier to deal with than other sites.
So i signed up as a new customer and deposited £500, biggest mistake ever. So after placing 2 bets, they locked my account and asked for documents which is fine, however they are refusing every document i sent them... these are documents i sent to a solicitor to buy a house and the solicitor accepted them!! This company clearly operate as a front to steal money from customers and hide behind these checks to avoid paying out. I will fight them for my deposit back, as i am now in the process of writing articles to be sent to various papers such as the daily mail. my advice to all of you, raise a complaint with mansion bet and complain to IBAS and the Gambling commission and lets all fight to get the license to operate in the UK revoked! I will setup a website to allow people to co-ordinate for the purpose of getting them closed down.
MansionBet are a superb bookmakers, efficient and straight forward. Unlike a lot of these tin pot bookmakers they take pride in providing a service, are contactable via telephone or email. Come back to you swiftly without fail or having to chase. 10/10
After 5 phone calls by me to your firm plus photos of birth certificate plus Aviva house contents insurance plus building contents many days flustered annoying phone calls made to your company all to no avail I finally given up for a measly £30 plus it’s not worth the hassle now I have written one review on trust pilot you have said exactly the same thing again you want another contact with me as I told your agent I wouldn’t ever give your mansion bet company my bank details I just thank god I paid a opening deposit through PayPal. Under no circumstances will I give you my bank account details. So in answer to your reply for my user and login details you company can go and photograph yourselves. Absolute scam, do not use, they mess you around trying to get validation, nothing is good enough, then they threaten to block your account if you cant validate who you are in a few days but delay you and never accept perfectly good pictures and documents

Don’t use this company. They reduce you max winnings to £1as soon as you win a few bets. Embarasing and shouldn’t be allowed to do it. They only want losers as customers. They won’t explain anything Edit They reply saying contact customer services, I have and they basically say they don’t have to explain anything, and yes your internal policies are don’t allow any customers win
whatever you do ,do not use Mansion bet ,the terms and conditions are there to bamboozle you, especially the bonus terms .I basically put £100 in to my account and the bonus was 100% to £100 ,i then had a bet which one £311.88 ,then i tried to use this money to bet again ,they would not allow this so i added £80 then having second thoughts as to why should i have to ,so i withdrew the £80 ,then i tried to withdraw the balance of my account the £311.80 transaction no ID 34937875875 ,which has never been sent to my bank .I have spoken to Mansion bet several times asking where the money is and they keep saying i broke the bonus terms and conditions .Why did you allow me to bet with bonus money ,and it won you don't wanna pay ,worst bookies

There are no free bonuses or cash drops for loyalty. The promotions always expect you to bet or stake so much, to get a small free bet of small bonus. All with big wagering. Need to learn from other, bigger casino, bookmakers, who give out freebies,vwithout having to earn them, and have no wagering. Sport markets ate Limited too, compared to other, bigger companies.
Why oh why didn’t I read these reviews… Why oh why didn’t I read these reviews firstly, they are so accurate . Opened an account two weeks ago, got message on App saying you’ll all verified and to enjoy the experience 😂. I tried to deposit and it says your settings will not allow you to use this function. I thought this was part of using a bookmaker, you deposit, you bet, you win or lose. Anyway I used the live chat and after finally getting past people that said clear your cache, use safari, use another device. I tried these just to see and still the same. Got through again and a guy said you can’t deposit until you send identification, selfie holding the identification, proof of address docs. I emailed these immediately to the said email and also uploaded them onto their site. He said it can take 48 hours, god knows why it should take so long ?? Anyway I waited three days , of course heard nothing so I tried to deposit again, no I can’t. Got back onto them and they then said I need a clearer selfie, I was perfectly clear but I agreed to take another one which was ultra clear, sent this in and waited and still no responses to three email I had sent in to the support email address. This company doesn’t respond to emails. Anyway to cut a long story short I wasted hours and days on this, sending, resending , live chatting, emailing all to no avail. The communication is so so poor and two weeks later I’m no further forward. It almost became a challenge to me to get it open…. Alas I failed as it doesn’t matter how hard I tried they ignored me. Yesterday I nearly choked on my cornflakes as some guy rang me from this company saying I need to pass a telephone verification now. I was speechless, I just laughed and said goodbye. I’ve dodged a bullet here, imagine if you placed a bet and tried to withdraw funds how difficult they would make it. According to the many reviews on here it would be. Companies like this just aren’t geared up to deal with the legalisation set out in the guidelines from the gambling commission. I imagine it’s one guy and his mate sitting in serviced offices in Gibraltar floundering Under the weight of emails. If I’d had read other reviews beforehand I wouldn’t have tried these as there are loads of bookmakers, ten a penny. These are ignorant and have no idea about customer service.
Have £100 which i have been trying to withdraw and they started asking for ID They blocked my account and now ive provided ID they say it was unreadable. This appears to be the case with many of their customers as can be seen from other reviews. I find their service totally unacceptable and as i have told them to close my account cannot see them ever returning my funds! Definitely a Rogue Company and to think the team i follow are sponsored by them!!
My withdrawal pending for 12 days yet I still managed to deposit during this time . They’ve asked new ID verification just to delay my payout . My last email was a week ago they said going to take another 48 hours but still nothing. I’ve reported to UKGC this thrust worthy company.

Placed a bet and won just over £300. Tried to withdraw but I was asked to send in ID documentation. Bank statement and driving licence photos sent but apparently invalid due to poor quality. Got them scanned using an office scanner which is used to send medical documents and was rejected again stating poor quality - absolute rubbish!! There is no way they were poor quality. Have now tried to send my passport but god knows what they’ll say to that!! They don’t give a toss about their customers. Apparently I can still place a bet but can’t withdraw until they verify me but my money is obviously good enough to take. Avoid at all costs!!!
Signed up, places qualifying bet for welcome promotion, and account was immediately shut down pending 2712719 photos of my personal information. I sent them this, and although passed the checks they blocked me from all future promotions (I never even did one promotion and my qualifying bet lost) so they just want your money. Horrible service, traumatic, am closing my account down. To respond to response: I had placed ONE bet when you closed my account for promotions. How dare you. I shut down my account and am waiting patiently for 5 years until you remove all my information. How dare you take all my personal information hostage for 5 years. Would never recommend mansionbet. Horrific experience, traumatic and I would recommend everyone stay away from them!! Do NOT sign up they will just ruin your week!!! They STOLE a tenner from me by then saying I'm not eligible for even the welcome promotion after I placed the qualifying bet. Absolute thieves and scam artists. You lost what could have been a valuable customer because of your horrific customer experience and internal practices.

Their agent Lance kindly resolved an issue for me which was actually my error but unlike other gambling sites I’ve dealt with Mansion Bet were happy to help me.
