Jul 08,2020I registered and uploaded my documents and took couple of days to verify it. Then I wanted to bet on football my I got an error that Max win allowed is £1!!!! I talked to support they say you can play in casino instead. Very terrible site for betting. I recommend to go for a genuine betting company

Jul 07,2020Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with any online site I have ever used, I won over £140 on 4 bets which I withdrew immediately and after 5 weeks, calling them on the phone twice and messaging their support team on 9 separate occasions I have only received £60 of my winnings. Avoid this betting site at all costs.

Jul 06,2020Absolutely farce of a company deposited £100 withdrew £300 then access denied to my account with £130 worth of bets open I received £200 of the withdrawal no sign of other £100 stay away company is ridiculous username Chelsie777 sent identification in said it was blurry now my £100 withdrawal getting sent back to my account which is restricted what a joke still not received my withdrawal and are very slow in getting back to emails company is a complete joke

Jul 05,2020Signed up for an offer for the races. Just a warning for anyone who lives in a flatshare who does this. If one of your flatmates is already signed up you do not get the offer . The first guy lied yesterday and said the offer hadn't come through due to site maintenance. Today's told me it was because someone in my household was already signed up. Glad I didnt put anymore money into my account after the initial bet waiting for the others to come through.oh and then they ask if you have a problem with gambling... erm no which is why I was complaining that I had to spend ten pounds to get the free races when ten pounds usually lasts me a full day if I'm having a day out at the races.

Jul 03,2020Username JH1345. I’ve actually had an account with them for 2 years but I rarely use them. I remember when I opened the account they advised that no identification would need to be provided until £2000 has been deposited/withdrawn. The first withdrawal I did with them then I still had to provide ID and this was a long drawn out process. Now, I used them for the first time in 2 months and I have attempted a withdrawal of just £20. This has been pending for 7 days now as they’re awaiting further ID. I’ve responded to them THREE times and they’re ignoring me every time. There’s absolutely not a chance they’re getting any further ID off me. Nothing has changed at all on my account since I was first verified so it’s clearly a stalling tactic. Also, other reviews on here advising they sometimes ask for ID two or three times, during separate occasions, which is completely ludicrous. I have also noticed that they reply to some people’s comments below advising that this is “industry requirements” for ID. They need to have a look at their industry requirements again because they’re talking complete BS. They have to verify you nowadays, due to the GC guidelines, BEFORE you are allowed to deposit. GC even confirm this online and over the telephone. Basically, if you want to ensure you get your money back and you want to use a fair and trustworthy bookmaker then just go elsewhere. They’re absolutely muppets. Please don’t also reply and advise me to email you because you haven’t responded to my other emails so why would I expect a response now? EDIT: Typical response. We can ask for ID whenever we want as per our terms and conditions. Basically, we can stop you withdrawing whenever we want. Don’t trust these morons.

Jul 02,2020Absolutely disgraceful and very very bad service for customers. First no bonus if you deposit via paypal (New customer) and second is below - I did £100 on 10 fold accumulator return was £10080 9 won and last game was 2-0 up from half-time (needed over 2.5goals) but they never once gave cash out option like other bookies do like bet365 or skybet. It was suspended from the point I placed bet to the end. AVOID!!!!! I Heard they won’t pay out anyway, even though had I won, I wouldn’t have been able to withdraw by looking at the reviews overall.

Jun 29,2020AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Joined and placed a total of £25 in bets and did not receive the welcome bonus. I won money off my £25 bet and tried to withdraw. They said they needed security documents which i provided them with, they come back and said they needed additional documents and photo of me holding my ID. Again, i provided them with this, i placed further bets to be eligible for the £10 free bet promotion however on the morning i was due to receive my £10 i got an email stating: Dear customer, Following a routine review of your account at MansionBet, we have taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets. Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet. It has now been a week and they still haven't processed with my withdrawal. They are the worst site i have ever used, they wont be around much longer.

Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet. Sharks. I paid £10 in, had a bet & they wouldn’t honor the free bets. AVOID Not as if it hard to have a bet online these days now is it. Update... So you expect me to regularly use your company but fail to deliver on your new customer offer? Absolutely hilarious! Judging by your recent reviews I am not alone in bemusement to your approach

Tried emailing them with no reply, in the automated response it says u should recieve a reply within 48 hours. It's now been 4 days. Cant get on live chat because they've blocked my account with no warning. Avoid at all costs

Jun 24,2020I bet on a treble (1 horse, 2 football teams) i was told that because i bet on a treble best odds guarenteed was not available. Then i got told it was but because i bet before 10am it didnt count. Didnt give me free bets from signing up and customer service staff are rude and havent a clue whats going on UPDATE - Company asked me to contact them below which i already had done but got no responce. Terrible

Jun 23,2020Never use them! Won £60 as a new customer using a free bet, they decided to pay £20 and cancel £40 of the winnings without reason or communication. Instead they emailed saying they had cancelled any new promotions but with no explanation as to why they were refusing to allow the withdrawal. I've never used them before and have only used a single other bookies for the past year.

Shocking company I did the welcome offer and won 187 pounds but they refused to pay the full amount, deducting 110 as I had 3 of the £5 free bets on the same horse at Ascot!! Buried deep in the t&c well out of view it says only 1 selection per free bet. Then restricted me from all future promos after challenging them re the issue. Untrustworthy do not use!

Jul 08,2020Their website allowed me to place multiple free bets on the same selection, even though deep down hidden away in their terms and conditions this was not allowed, and they knew full well that they would not pay out on any winnings. They took away £112 worth of winnings and the free bets which I was credited. Stay well away from Mansion Bet, nothing but crooks.
