ACCUSED ME OF BEING A LIAR AND DID NOT CARE THAT I LEFT!!! VERY POOR!! This was a very disappointing experience and sadly, the staff lied to me regarding a bonus they had promised and then sought to call me a liar. They changed their tune when I informed them I would be warning fellow gamblers about the site and I was contacted and told they would come back to me when they had looked in to the matter. This too was a lie since I never heard from them again. BEWARE! Very poor returns and some dubious behaviour by their staff, and they did not care at all that I closed the account.

I am putting one star because there isn’t an option for 0..... Unable to access my account as it looks like there are links to another account according to customer services. Mysteriously there only appeared to be a link to another account when I made a withdrawal. I also have an account with casino.com who I believe to be a sister site and that one seems to be ok which makes no sense whatsoever. Spoke with customer services, asked them what would happen with my withdrawal and they said they have to wait to hear from the other team, I asked how long this would take and the response was unsure, I said surely you have approximate timescales and the response was not for this...... I thought this company was legit due to premier league sponsorship etc but my naivety will teach me not to trust companies without looking deep into them first

cash out options on bets not always available. also sometimes there is a maximum allowed on a bet when i want to bet more than that value

Signed up for an account, waited for verification to then receive an email once verified and before any movement on my account saying i am no longer eligible for promotions and was stake restricted after claiming 'traders have reviewed' my account, nice to see they doing their job properly, how can you review something that isn't there and then they claim they have risk operation teams who do security checks, again need to get people who do their job properly. So glad i never deposited any money as i wouldn't trust them with a penny. Avoid at all costs and go to a real company.

Requested a free bet - added with no problem. I have had an account with several bookies - in the biggest ones, and whenever you ask for any kind of 'loyalty bet' or so, you will never receive.

Just register with welcome bonus.after first bet they limit my stakes to few pounds.no chance to wager bonus. Bad expierience with this bookmaker.not reccomend
