Feb 05,2024I haven't tried most of my order of lamb steaks, ribeye steaks, pork loin joint, fillet steaks, and gammon steaks. From what I have tried, The Pork loin joint was lovely. Cooked on a grill pan to medium and well rested, the ribeye steak was the worst I have ever had from any source. It really wasn't like any ribeye I've ever had. I would say "tough as an old boot" but that would do the boot an injustice. The gammon steaks look lovely, we'll see. The fillet steaks were really disappointing. After trimming around 1/3rd of the sinew away I was left with a couple of decent steaks and the rest will go into a few stir fry's. Not what I expected. The leg of lamb steaks are yet to be tried either, but look okay. Overall, not an experience I intend to repeat, and I will return to my old way of thinking, "if you can't see it first, don't buy it".
