They knew they did not send my entire order but made no contact to rectify this, instead waited for me to contact them asking where part of my order was then just asked for my bank details to refund the missing items. Also I ordered the x5 big items for £100 apparently saving £25... both beef joints clearly marked up as £20 each so a totally wrong misleading marketing ploy. Won't be ordering from them again.

My order delivered and I so disappointed with the way the steak been cut , its to thin and totally useless to me I would like a refund please , if you can arrange return of steak to yourself really not happy ,

Delivery was exactly as stated and my order arrived well packed in a cool bag inside a cardboard box. Cooked one of the 40oz Daddy steaks last night and the flavour was out of this world. My £77 order was less than half the price when compared with a national supermarket chain. So bottom line great value great meat.
