I have had a sneaky peak (it is gift wrapped!) and it looks absolutely stunning. Exactly what I had hoped for. May 20,2022Lovely looking bag 'n' all but I had to send it back for a zip and strap stitching repair within the first couple of years, which took weeks and weeks to receive back because it had to go back to Italy. Now the shoulder strap has just broken, the metal clasp has snapped, so find it hard to recommend given the price. It's a laptop bag carrying a laptop, a pad and a few pens, hardly unusual for it's intended purpose! Leather nice, construction and zip choice very poor. Wouldn't recommend

May 12,2022I ordered a briefcase that the website said was in stock but then then got a call to say the item wasn't available within the timelines agreed, I was offered alternative colours which did arrived on time as arranged, I also paid for the gift wrap and Gift Card, disappointing that the gift was not in the parcel with the item, but the gift wrap was very good. The product itself is excellent but aspects of the service need to be addressed.
