Mar 01,2025Informative, friendly and efficient service. Each area has staff assigned to it who are well-informed and go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Rare to find in the insurance industry in my experience. I have dealt with Alan and Niall for health insurance. Both brilliant. And Stephen and Alannah I think it was for car who were equally great. It's not often you find such consistently good service that doesn't slacken off over time. I've been with MIG three years now and wouldn't go back.
