Well done to Marie O'Shea in the macroom office, so professional and friendly to deal with. No delays at her end and I will be back again for more business in the future. Nov 09,2024Grainne went out of her way to assist my wife and I in obtaining insurance on a somewhat nonconforming property we are buying in Ireland. Using an Insurance Broker, as opposed to going direct, allows a consumer access to multiple companies at the same time and as a result we ended up much better off. Grainne is an asset to McCarthy as is McCarthy to the Insurance Industry in Ireland.

Nov 06,2024I recently renewed my old policy and took out a new policy with McCarthy Insurance Mitchelstown and dealt from the beginning with Mary Morrissey and i just have to say from the very beginning Mary was so professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always so Kind, Helpful and patient and everything was completed so efficiently and with absolute no stress. McCarthy Insurance has a super staff member there and they had better take care of good staff like Mary...actually all the staff in that branch are the ideal staff for any company to have and are such are great asset to have in their establishment.

From the first phone call Alan was extremely courteous, interested and listened to what we had to say. Alan provided us with a quote that we were delighted with. We found the whole experience very professional and he definitely did all the work which pleased me especially. I could not recommed highly enough.

Our house had been flooded as a result of Storm Babet and we were in the process of applying for a re-mortgage to carry out works to mitigate this from occurring again. However, due to the associated compensation claim, I found it impossible to get a quote. Denise McSweeney from McCarthy Insurance Group (based in the Rathmore office) took on the case and sourced an insurer for me at a reasonable cost. I really appreciate her help with this.
