Jul 26,2024Alan in the Bantry office took great time to go through various elements of my health insurance policy and explained where I could save money, I ended up saving €500! Great service provided by MIG who didn't charge for their service as opposed to going directly to the insurance provider where you are placed on hold for ages while you wait to speak to somebody.

Jul 19,2024After my wife was recently hospitalized I had questions as emergency rooms and the like were all new to us...I rang our McCarthy Insurance agent, Alan Cleary, and because of his sound advice we were able to navigate the hospital system in a much more educated and informed manner...thanks for all your help Alan - you quickly took the time to listen to our concerns and made a real difference in my wife's care!

It is a pity we did not get a discount on the health insurance as we both had our car insurancs with MIG already as a broker they had no fee but we could only get the plans available discounts and we had to change our plans because heath insurance had gone up so much we are not getting same value plan as before unfortunately that has to do with Irish Life they should look after existing customers who are with them years.

Jul 03,2024I had the pleasure of Dealing with Declan O'Neill who was most helpful. I got great guidance on filling in forms and all information explained in great detail. All questions and emails answered in a very timely manner. Once my pension was sorted and my new accounts open Jennifer Mullally kept me up to date with all payments and transfers and any new documents I required. They were a great team and I would highly recommend them to Family and Friends.

Jul 01,2024Communication with Health Insurance agent from start to finish was excellent ,there was no lengthy wait to speak to an advisor over the phone and I got to speak with the same person each time I phoned. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to go for certain plans. Emails were responded to promptly,they were helpful and informative and gave detailed breakdowns of comparisons between different health insurance plans to suit my family’s current situation. I felt that there was a personal touch and transparency which was clearly lacking in the larger broker I had been dealing with for the past number of years and I feel confident I made the right choice.I have no hesitation in recommending this company and especially the agent who assisted me.Many thanks!

Declan provided us with very detailed advice and information regarding the types of policies and what would be best suited to our needs. Jun 27,2024I have been in contact with Declan at MIG for 7 or 8 years now. He has been a great help with explaining everything about my Pension and benefits of increasing and when to do so. My Wife and I started a Saving Policy brokered by MIG (Would recommend Everyone to start one of these). Declan explained the benefits and Risks involved and how it is a little different from saving your Money in the Bank. Declan helps set us up on their portal to make tracking everything a lot easier. We recently asked MIG to help us with our Car Insurance. Deirdre and Norma made the process so much easier and saved us quite a bit.

Jun 27,2024I have a complicated insurance process ( thatched house) and I have to say Breda in McCarthy insurance Askeaton worked flat out to sort out some issues to ensure all was sorted, Breda went above and beyond to help me and was so invested in ensuring all went according to plan. I felt like they really care and want to help as much as they can. Highly recommend.
