We provide easy sign-up milk delivery service, alongside a range of complimentary products including non-dairy milk alternatives and cream. Milk is available in reusable, recyclable glass bottles and non-dairy alternatives including oat, soya, coconut, and lactose-free milks are also available.

Feb 10,2025I felt overwhelmed by the pushy salesman on my doorstep and only afterwards realised that a delivery and account would be set up. This was not clear to me when I gave him my details. I thought I had only registered an interest. When I received a text message the next day it transpired a delivery was already scheduled. I then decided to cancel this commitment but found out that an email would not be accepted as cancellation method but they required a phone call. By the time I had this reply from them it was past their office hours and too late for a phone call. I feel completely tricked by this company as they just delivered the milk ( 2x more than I had expressed my interest in, and on the wrong day - it states Tuesdays and Fridays on my leaflet, and they delivered on Monday). When I spoke to them on the phone they asked for payment for the delivered milk which I made but I feel I shouldn't have. What about a cool off period for any subscription? They made it hard to cancel as they did not accept an email notification, and the setup was quick and pushy. I feel these are aggressive sales practices and very poor customer service. I did not realise the salesman committed me to an account, and he set up an unwanted amount; and milk was delivered a day earlier than stated on leaflet. All this happened within a few days which made a cancellation impossible for me due to their methods. Regarding the milk itself, when I asked which local farms it came from he vaguely mentioned Maidenhead etc, (my vicinity) but I doubt that now.

Feb 10,2025I wish we could all turn back time and have fresh deliveries daily,I used to be one! I thought at first it was going to be a disaster but credit due to McQueens Dairies they have fulfilled their promise of delivery on time and in a safe place consistently 😀 so for that reason I'm going to increase my deliveries to twice weekly. Keep up the good work much appreciated.

Feb 10,2025Two drivers outside my house at 6.30am. slamming doors, talking rather loudly (could hear their whole conversation) moving bottles from one van to the other. Not sure why doors needed to be slammed so often. Not very considerate of children and adults still sleeping.

Feb 10,2025Excellent service, I has no problem what so ever since I have subscribed for a milk supply over a month now and my two jug of milk one blue lid and one green lid has been delivered with care and on my door step each morning either just before 12 am are just a little after one am, for all negative comments,I would say please give this company a chance, they are new and every business takes time to develop into the right strategy, to reach and meet their customers needs, I would definitely recommend, and will continue buying from this company, Excellent fresh milk has great freshness and tasty.

Feb 09,2025Reliably deliver milk and orange juice too my door. Simple system if you don't need the occasional week. Login allows you to put your holidays in. Driver parks in different place for so not to wake us. Which shows good customer service to keep a reliable customer.

Just one thing though, during the winter it's fine having the milk sitting on the doorstep through the night, but I am concerned about the summer months when the weather is be warmer. Will the milk be as fresh?

I then received a txt with a discount so I placed a second order with extras on the discount, payment was made but the extra items never arrived! I called up to complain and the lady was extremely helpful, she sorted delivery out for the missing items and put a credit on my account. All good now, definitely keep using them as great quality milk, cream and free range eggs all delivered to your doorstep.
