Not one to leave poor reviews and this is nothing to do with the service so cant comment on the service or product. Had a knock on the door by one of the representatives - we said we may be interested. Next thing we know we have deliveries at the door (without providing any payment details) and are expected to pay. I am not sure why giving your phone number to a person at the door is entering into a contract. Deliberate tactic and money making scheme to hook you into a subscription you dont want or need.

Fantastic and reliable service, also really easy to amend orders online, add items and delay deliveries when you are on holiday 10 out of 10.
Lasted a week and cancelled
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID After setting up my direct debit, and looking forward to my milk deliveries, no milk ever arrived!! I emailed immediately to inform of this, no reply, just an email informing me of my next delivery. Once again no milk delivered! I immediately cancelled my direct debit, and informed them of this! McQueens are adamant they delivered my milk! But have no photo proof! I have 8 cameras at my property and no milkman ever has delivered milk to my address!! They are constantly hounding me for money, and after to speaking to a very rude operator Garfield, you can jog on! I won’t be paying a penny, or answering any further correspondence! A very useless, unprofessional and extremely poor customer service! You only have to look at an email I received back to know that standards are low!! Avoid folks unless you want hassle in your life!!
Cannot fault the delivery or the quality of the products. You can taste the difference with bottled milk
I decided to try McQueens two weeks before Christmas on my first delivery date, a Monday no milk arrived. I waited until midday and decided to contact them I then saw a message on my pc that there would be no delivery on the Saturday but a double delivery would be made on what was my first day, so for me no milk till after Christmas. I telephoned to cancel and asked for a refund of my first payment made by card. The lady I spoke to said she was sorry, refund would take about six days. A week or so later I started to get messages asking for £2.77 for the milk I had before I cancelled. I emailed them and received an apology. But the demands for money kept coming, I emailed again got an apology and was asked could they help me further. I emailed back and said "just stop the demand coming." I got an email back saying I would have to phone to do that, what a great system! I phoned again today I wonder if it worked, and I will get my refund
Was fine at first and you can do anything online APART from cancel. To do that you have to ring up, which I tried on several occasions but was just kept on hold. I set my holiday dates to as long as possible and attempted to call again towards the end of that period, but to no avail. Conveniently, the holiday section of the website wasn't working then so I simply cancelled my Direct Debit and thought nothing else of it. To my amazement i start getting threatening emails saying I have an overdue balance of £3.60!! I didn't even recieve anything after my DD was cancelled. The emails have become rather aggressive in tone stating "escalation" and "further action" but I refuse to pay for something I didn't recieve. All in all I would advose to avoid this company for their bully tactics, not the local friendly company they portray.
Been a customer now for about a month and I am so happy we tried McQueens Dairies! We get the 2 Litre BLUE milk twice a week and the taste is so much better than I expected! I have a 4 year old who has always loved milk and now he loves it even more! Delivery is always on time which is a bonus - no more rushing to the supermarket for milk!
I thought I would update my previous review from last year. I ended up with Mcqueens when my previous supplier tranfered my account to them. I was concerned when this happened as no one likes change. However Mcqueens have exceed my expections on customer service and has proved to have superior products. Despite my previous company been a multi national company. The customer service was poor. Having no website to change orders, Impossible to contact them by phone and emails would go unanswered and the billing was hap hazard and no bill was sent for months. Mcqueens have a brillant website and the phones are always answered and the agent is always polite and nothing is too much trouble for them. credit has to be given to McQueens for seamless tranfer of customers like myself who seen no change to our deliveries apart from better customer service and produce and unlike my previous supplier commucates with its customers The only issue I had with McQueens in the last year was two missed deliveries but that was quickly sorted out after a phone call
Deliveries frequently late or to the wrong address. Prices keep going up (now 30p a pint more than my LOCAL milkman). Customer service don’t read emails before replying. Worst of all, won’t let you cancel without speaking to their retention team which is no fun if not sheer discrimination against people with a learning disability who find talking on the phone a challenge. Avoid and seek out your local milk deliverer.

placed my first order. direct debit set up. first order never arrived. Eventually heard back from McQueens to be told they did not cover my area of Walton-on-Thames. however McQueens cover the area where my mother lives in Colchester and she is very happy with McQueens dairies ... but why did they leave it to my first delivery day to let me know I was outside the area covered! My payment was returned within 48 hours ;-)
Deliveries are great! On my doorstep in the morning nice and early. Had some issues with an order, called up and was resolved straight away. Great customer service.
Battered my door and made me jump idiots Also did this to my disabled daughter's door and made her very distressed. Horrible company.
Ordered online, said they delivered to my postcode. paid online, no delivery, when i called was told they don’t deliver to my area, i have still not received my refund, weeks later! terrible customer service. Would not recommend, do not order online!
Arrived on time as usual. Third week using McQueen's diaries and still happy with the quality and service 😊
Excellent customer service. I am disabled and unable to reach my front door so the driver comes to the back of my property to deliver for me

Feb 07,2025Do not buy from this company!!! after countless attempts to deliver my order they couldnt manage it! always went to the flat below. do not allow them to ask for another try and escalate to manager, this is just a marketing ploy to keep you and for you not to cancel, ive also had to pay for my last deliver which went next door!!!!
