We provide easy sign-up milk delivery service, alongside a range of complimentary products including non-dairy milk alternatives and cream. Milk is available in reusable, recyclable glass bottles and non-dairy alternatives including oat, soya, coconut, and lactose-free milks are also available.

Founded in 1995, McQueens Dairies are a third-generation family business with over 25 years of delivering the freshest dairy to your door. All the milk from McQueens own dairy is delivered by local drivers, serving and supporting local communities all across the UK, serving over a quarter of a million households!

On 6th December I placed an order with this company for 4 pints of organic milk weekly. 06/12 Apple Pay somehow managed to populate my order with my old address, so I gave Mcqueens the corrects details. 09/12 as I’d had no response from McQueens, I emailed again to ensure they’d updated the order. 10/12 I received an email asking what the correct address was despite the fact they’d already been advised. I knew at this point they were badly organised! 11/12 I received an email advising that my deliveries would start on 12/12 having already been advised that they’d start on 16/12. I tried to call them at this point to 1. Ensure they’d updated the address and 2. To confirm when my deliveries would actually start. I was cut off twice while on hold. 11/12 I receive an email advising there would be no delivery on the 12th and that the email advising this was system generated and incorrect. 13/12 I receive an email advising that they are unable to deliver to my home, stating that it was either because they don’t deliver to my area or that I live in a flat. I don’t live in a flat, so if you do, don’t bother ordering from them, they don’t do flats!!! 14/12 I receive one of those ‘how did we do? emails, what a joke!!! So as Mcqueens are unable to fulfill their side of the contract as far as I’m concerned it’s terminated and I source milk elsewhere. 19/12 two pints of milk delivered to my home, non organic, so not even what I ordered. But I don’t need it now anyway after being advised Mcqueens were unable to deliver. I email to advise that they have delivered milk but they’d already cancelled the contract and that it wasn’t required. 23/12 I get a text asking why I’ve cancelled my direct debit and that I owe them £8.91 I email and ask what it going on. 28/12 I receive an email asking me for my address and postcode, which I provide. 28/12 Connor C then responds advising that McQueens definitely do not delivery to my area and that the milk must have come from somewhere else. 30/12 I then receive an email from Dorinda at Mcqueens asking why my direct debit has been cancelled. 03/01 I reply with a screenshot of the email advising that they are unable to deliver to my address. 06/01 receive another text chasing payment for £8.91. I email again explaining that they cancelled the contract by advising they could not fulfil it and to basically get lost. They reply with their bank details requesting payment. 07/01 receive another email chasing payment. 08/01 receive an email from Faizah, again chasing payment. 09/01 received an email from Dorinda, again chasing payment. 11/01 another of those did you have a good experience emails😂 Then today 18th Jan I receive a letter in the post, yet again chasing payment. These guys really are a shower of clowns, it would appear that internal communication within the company is non existent. Either that or they just like sending milk deliveries to areas they don’t cover, tell you it must of come from Kerr’s and then chase you for payment of it. All while having sent you the wrong product after breaking their side of the contract. Reading this back, it doesn’t even sound possible, but unfortunately it is! If I could give then negative stars I would! Tiffany, please be advised that I am unable to reply to you on here and that I have received a further email and a text message chasing payment today 21/01. Feel free to email me using the address provided previously. Wow! Do these guys never stop?!?!?! Today 12/02/2025 I received this! Dear URN57790 Caroline Wright, Your Reference: 1699025 12 February 2025 McQueens Dairies Limited We have been recently trying to contact you in relation to the outstanding balance of £8.91 which remains unpaid. We are now making a formal request for this account to be fully settled immediately. We wish to avoid taking any further action with regard to the collection of this debt but are now required to make you aware that if payment is not received within 7 days, your account will be escalated. This could incur additional costs and ultimately lead to further action. Please call us as soon as possible to stop this action by calling 0141 473 8995 between Monday - Friday from 8am till 5pm quoting your reference 1699025. There is no need for your account to take this route and we will do everything we can to avoid this course of action but for this to happen we need you to contact us immediately. Our experienced staff will be ready to resolve your account, but you must contact us now. Milk deliveries are very good but trying to sign into the portal to manage deliveries I have found to be impossible. I might as well be trying to get into the Bank of England😱 A verification code has been promised 3 times but I still haven’t got one therefore no joy. I have run out of ideas now, I need help please.

Will be cancelling service on Monday. We’ve had broken and missing eggs on 5 out of the last eight deliveries. Someone not doing their checks somewhere.

Paid for first delivery in advance never turned up after 3 attempts still nothing then was told they couldn’t deliver to my house spoke to a different milkman the same afternoon and they delivered the next day my advice find a local milk man much better service and friendly and I still haven’t been refunded for my first payment and that was mid December 2024

Excellent service, always fresh and on time, great selection of product and so easy to change what you want on your order via the app, you can't beat a door step delivery, would give these guys more stars if I could, big thank you to these 😋

we only have milk at the moment but we are really pleased with the service, how the lad gets through our squeaky gate without waking us up is a mystery!!

Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs! We’ve had nothing but issues with McQueens Dairy. From missed or damaged deliveries to a nightmare of a cancellation process, it’s been an incredibly frustrating experience. When we tried to cancel, it felt like an impossible task. Customer service made it so difficult, dragging us through countless calls. After we finally managed to cancel and were assured over the phone that everything was settled—after making an additional payment, no less—we were hit with yet another unexpected charge! More customer service calls followed, and while they admitted fault, we still had to pay even more to resolve the issue. It’s ridiculous. What started as a simple milk delivery turned into an ongoing headache and the most expensive milk we’ve ever had. On top of that the last month of deliveries were in plastic bottles... so defeated the reason for signing up. Save yourself the hassle and avoid McQueens Dairy at all costs!

Signed up for Organic Milk delivery with an intention of helping local businesses. Got the first delivery. Apart from milk being expensive than the supermarket's organic milk (which is expected), everything was fine. A day before the second delivery, got an email saying, "due to delivery shortage of organic milk, they cannot deliver organic milk so we will be delivering 'Farm Assured Milk' for the next delivery". I didn't want any milk other than organic. So, called the customer service. The customer service executive said, "there is huge shortage of organic milk in the market, even if I go out to buy organic milk, I will not get any". I straight away knew, it is a big fat lie..... Cancelled my subscription altogether, went out to supermarket and found rack full of organic milk cans. Bought the milk and decided, no McQueens dairy again.

Had a small issue with my delivery and John was amaing throughout the process of getting sorted. Was also very nice to be able to speak to a real perosn and not a automated system. John is a real asset to your customer services team.

Prompt delivery - so far we have received our delivery by 6am, which has been great for our early starts. Nice and easy process and so satisfying getting fresh milk delivered regularly.

Dreadful company with dreadful ethics . Ordered organic milk and after being dissatisfied with the taste I find out the reason is they changed my order from the organic milk that I signed up for to an inferior cheaper milk which unbeknown to me i was drinking and frankly was no better than cheaper bog standard store milk. I was therefore completely unaware of the change as you trust these guys. however they were not supplying the correct product. They do then eventually send out an email AFTER I have received their choice of milk to confirm the change . To make matters worst I asked them to increase the order from February when I could afford the increased order as their organic is double the price of standard milk I can get locally yet they increase it the same week . Needless to say I won't use this company any more and have cancelled my direct debit. Alan Perry

We are very happy with the service from McQueens Dairies. It's great to open my door and find the lovely creamy milk on my doorstep. It's also great with the addition of Vitamin D if you want it. An excellent service.

I have received 5 deliveries from them so far. Of those deliveries only one was right and the company make no effort to help you solve any issues. Had to wait almost two weeks for a response. Pathetic really.

Can't log in because I've tried too many times. They sent me a verification text/email to log in, but there's nowhere to enter the code. It basically refreshes the login page, but won't send another verification code for 15 minutes, which doesn't matter since the same problem persists. I went to the contact us section of their website, which states that their email response time is almost a week, but there's no email address there. I went to the FAQ page, which says to write a message in the nonexistent text box (back on the contact us page). @ Tiffany: There is no webchat option. Google searching for it just comes up with LinkedIn profiles and job offers. Once of my emails has a contact form option at the bottom and that just takes me back to the contact us page showing the phone no. I have tried different browsers and devices. I don't know where you requested further information from me, as it's not on trustpilot or any emails. -A Rolfe (Customer no. 1704042.)
