We provide easy sign-up milk delivery service, alongside a range of complimentary products including non-dairy milk alternatives and cream. Milk is available in reusable, recyclable glass bottles and non-dairy alternatives including oat, soya, coconut, and lactose-free milks are also available.
Founded in 1995, McQueens Dairies are a third-generation family business with over 25 years of delivering the freshest dairy to your door. All the milk from McQueens own dairy is delivered by local drivers, serving and supporting local communities all across the UK, serving over a quarter of a million households!

Jan 16,2025I'd give zero if I could. In my opinion this is no more than a scam company. They said they delivered to us, took our money, then a month later sentvan email to say 'sorry to see you leave us'. They then (after I got in touch) said they did not deliver to us. I asked for our money back and was told they didn't take payment. I sent proof from my bank that they indeed did take payment and still no money back. This seems to happen quite alot. AVOID these scanners at all cost.

Jan 16,2025Today's review for the above milk company. The milkman's delivered the wrong tub of yoghurt it's the whole milk natural one this morning, last week's was the lighter tub? Ho empty cleaned bottle's are being left again from this week. Can you get it right milkman please? Customer services are doing their job throughout.

Jan 16,2025The website said they delivered to my village, which I know they do. So I paid for an order on the 11/12/24 which should have been delivered on the 19/12/24 but it never arrived. I rang McQueens that day, who stated they don’t deliver to my street, so can’t fulfill the order. I didn’t get any communication of this in the week I waited! They offered to refund me, which never materialised. So I chased it up again in the new year and the person on the phone had to request my refund again, which also has never materialised! So I’ve had to go through my bank to request the money back. Very quick at taking money but clearly don’t want to part with it…. better service needed.

Jan 16,2025Despite being told mcqueens could deliver to my post code , I received an email after payment and giving details for DD , that they would not cutting access to my address eg a flat . I live in a cottage with a drive straight from main road with no access issues - most disappointing
