Aug 14,2024I would fully recommend Omar to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring. At the outset I met with several retailers, including someone recommended by a friend, but Omar was the obvious choice because of the time and care he took to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, whilst others assumed prior knowledge about the process. Throughout Omar was able to deliver exactly what was asked - nothing was too much trouble and he is incredibly responsive and helpful. We were difficult customers - we changed our minds several times and ended up with something completely bespoke with which we're delighted and wouldn't have been able to find without Omar's guidance and expertise. Despite our constant follow-ups and questions, we were never made to feel like we were being difficult or asking too much. We also found the prices to be more competitive than others. My experience was entirely positive thanks to Omar and am very thankful I found him.

Aug 11,2024I was first struggling to find a jewellers because I needed a custom made ring within 3 weeks however after I come across MD JEWELLERS (Mr. OMAR) and had a conversation with him I was very assured I was at the right place and believe me he did NOT disappoint me on any way shape or form, i got the ring within 2 weeks and I would highly recommend anyone to use him! Aug 09,2024I arranged for my wife to have her eternity ring refurbished by MD Diamonds and she met them at their office in Canary Wharf. From initial contact through to meeting and completing the work, she was really impressed. So much so, she left two other rings with them. All three diamond rings look like new, even though they haven’t had more than a quick clean in 20 years. She is delighted. To top it off, the price was very competitive, she was kept informed of progress throughout, and he then returned the rings to her by visiting at her office. Amazing 5 star service. Thank you.

He was quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The communication was excellent while he had my ring, and the repair was completed extremely quickly. May 10,2024Meet Omar, who was fantastic from start to finish. Great communications, attentive and most importantly delivered the most amazing product. Walked through all options with explanations of all diamond types and cuts. Spent a good 40 mins initially to decide on the best option and price. There were no hard sell or pressures and everything was based around my needs. Spent another 30 mins post production to walk through everything again and outline the after care services (3yrs part of the deal) 100% recommended and Omar deserves all the 5 stars he gets. May 08,2024I was planning to buy a diamond ring (which was even going to be my first jewellery buy) for my Indian wedding varmala ceremony and based on all my google research knowledge, I finalized for a natural diamond solitaire ring with very specific requirement (size, shape, color, clarity, cut, band metal, gia certification and budget). With that expectation, we visited a few stores but couldn't get what we were actually looking for. While searching online for more places to visit, we found MD Diamonds and gave a ring on number available over website and Omar recieved the call. After describing our purpose, expectation, budget and urgency (as we had flight booked for India in next 6 days), we got the appointment for the very same day (even being 29th march i.e. Good friday). We visited his office in Canary wharf and discussed all our requirements, purpose etc. He listened to us and then shared his extensive knowledge in the field, how to make it special and personalized (engraving) and showed many of available diamonds which really helped us to streamline our requirement . We made an order to him and made the payment but we were sceptical on the timelines what if he doesn't complete the order by April 4 (as agreed). But all of our doubts vanished once he started sharing each and every updates regarding our order (like procuring the diamond, steps of makings) and as committed, We received our ring on April 4 and the ring was the perfect for us. Everyone back in India who witnessed the ring, they rated it elegant and perfect and specially engraving made it more special. Thanks Omar and MD Diamonds for helping us to get the perfect ring and kudos to Omar's knowledge, work ethics, commitment. super-duper happy and satisfied with the service.

We have visited variety of different places and we were losing our hope to find a perfect wedding bands - especially for me. But then we met Omar. When we met Omar we knew we are in the right place. Omar is kind, polite and very welcoming. He has amazing knowledge about jewellery, different materials and diamonds. He spend some time with us to understand our needs and expectations. And then he showed me the most beautiful wedding band I have ever seen. The rings he offered is perfect, exactly what me and my soon to be husband wanted. My fiancé also found something beautiful for himself. Price and service offered by Omar is 5 stars. I can confirm we have purchased wedding bands from Omar and we have collected them recently. Aug 18,2024My fiancé and I had less than two weeks to sort out our wedding bands and after visiting several jewellers and making a number of calls, we came across MD Diamonds. We spoke with Mr Omar and he arranged to see us the very next day. He paid attention to what we wanted meticulously, advised us, and assured us that he would sort everything for us on time. He even offered to resize my engagement ring which was a little too big. All seemed a little too good to be true. However, he remained in contact with us and sure enough had the wedding bands ready within the week. Not only this...he resized one of them on the spot, as well as resizing my engagement ring there and then. An absolute pleasure to deal with. We cannot thank him enough for the amazing service he provided us with, removing one of our greater anxieties leading up to our big day. I cannot stress this enough...whether you're in a rush or not, you'll be in great hands with MD Diamonds and Mr Omar! Thank you so much for everything. (We also love the ring boxes so much)
