Aug 24,2023I gave myself ten days to buy my wife an eternity ring for a special birthday. What was I thinking? I called Omar. Omar went above and beyond to meet me, made me feel immediately at ease and confident in the process, listened to my design needs (eternity ring with marquise diamonds) and guided me through the technical aspects (settings, diamond quality etc), and promised me delivery on time so I could look like the loving and attentive husband I aspire to be. Omar delivered. There were a few small issues with the âfirst draftâ, but these are honestly to be expected given the short time frame I gave Omar and the high standards I expect. But Omar didnât panic, I took the ring, gave to my wife for her birthday, and then returned for a second and final draft in the week that followed. No stress, no hassle, just great diamonds and great jewellery. I will return, and have already recommended to friends. RECOMMEND!

I initially made an appointment to discuss the kind of ring I'm looking for, and Omar took me through all the details to consider when choosing the perfect ring for me and my budget. He was very friendly, honest, and patient. I got to see samples in his office of the different carat sizes, diamond charities, and the different ring materials and designs in his office. He took his time to make sure every single question of mine is answered and I've not felt rushed at all. I even took a month following the initial meeting to fully make up my mind and throughout that time I had a direct contact line to Omar and he was very responsive and friendly. I collected the ring yesterday and I'm very very pleased with it. The design is spot on for what I wanted, and it looks absolutely beautiful, especially in the lightbox provided that makes the centre stone sparkle beautifully. I will definitely be coming back to Omar for the wedding rings đ
