Apr 03,202310/10 Exceptional Service Omar delivered professionalism and 10/10 exceptional service from start to the end, I am more than contented with the halo diamond cut ring that he designed and made for me. Prior to meeting Omar, I have met with 3 other jewellers and felt pressured to put a deposit down on a ring, however, Omar was very knowledgeable and understanding as I wanted specific designs for the ring that I wanted. During our first appointment, he clearly explained how clarity and classification of diamond works before showing me the designs that we have previously discussed over the phone. It took less than a month for Omar to design and make the ring, upon picking up the ring. I was given clear instructions on how the aftercare for the ring works. He also provided a box that came with the ring that lights up when you open it so this will make the moment more special. Any first time ring buyers that is looking the perfect ring should look no further than Omar as he provided me with exceptional service during my shopping process.

Having been referred to Omar by a close friend, I came in with high expectations, these were not only met but Omar exceeded them. Following an initial telephone consulation, I then met Omar at his Canary Wharf office. I had a specific design in mind, which became a reality and was finished to an unbelievable spec. I will be revisting MD Diamonds as soon as my proposal is accepted!

We needed a new shank for a ring that has a huge amount of sentimental value and was going to an engagement ring - Omar was able to advise on what was needed to repair the ring and reassured us that the repairs wouldn’t change the look of the ring. He did an absolutely phenomenal job - the ring looks stunning, and now that it’s been repaired we can see how insecure the diamonds were and how much more solid it feels now. He was able to reuse the metal of the original shank, which was very special for us, and my partner couldn’t be happier. We’re delighted and I would really recommend him to work with - he’s friendly, knowledgable, and very talented.

Jan 16,2023I spoke with Omar on the phone when I was enquiring about rings and pricing for resizing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to the fullest. We set up an appointment to inspect the ring I had and went over the prices. He let me know everything I could have for each price and what I could do with the ring. We then sent the ring off to the workshop to get engraved and resized. Omar was in constant communication even when he had an accident off his bike. We met and he showed me the ring and I was very happy with how everything turned out. Omar even gave me a box with a light as I was proposing in the nighttime. I would recommend his services to all.

Dec 13,2022As someone with little to no knowledge about diamonds/engagement rings, Omar was the first person I visited, and he could not of been more helpful and knowledgeable! For my own sake I did still look at a few others to compare price, but not only was MD Diamonds price very reasonable, the information and customer service given to me by Omar was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, so it was a very easy decision to go with him & MD Diamonds! … My now fiancé instantly fell in love with the ring, but the superb customer service did not stop there. It was slightly too big for her, Omar fitted us in at very short notice, had the ring resized and back to us within 48 hours. I could not recommend them any more, thank you so much for all your help!

Dec 13,2022I was lucky enough to be proposed to with an MD Diamond ring. It is the most beautiful diamond, amazing clarity, cut and carat! It was a size too big and we took it to Omar who couldn't do enough to help. The ring was resized and returned within 48hrs.
