He instantly put us at ease and was communicative throughout the whole thing, always keeping us updated on the status of the ring. The results were great and really professional. We were so pleased and would absolutely use the service again. Omar provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend, especially for precious jewellery.

Met Omar who talked us through the process and who was very informative. The turnaround time was amazing, literally 2 days and to add, Omar even delivered the ring back to us.
