Jul 30,2024My insurance wouldn't pay for the test I needed and the provider wouldn't change the diagnosis code so I was going to have to wait until my appointment to consult with the doctor about the issue. This would delay my treatment plan. When asked the out of pocket expense for the test the staff set me up with MDSave and the price was something I could live with. Thank you staff and thank you MDSave for making health care affordable.

I went to the wrong building as I’m not from Lufkin and that made it work and in a prompt manner. Did have to wait more to an a few minutes in radiation department. Not a single complaint as they allowed me be squeezed in. Absolutely lovely technician. If used this program before and will do so in the future. For those of us that don’t pay the ridiculous health care insurance prices, this program saves us hundreds and possibly thousands per year.
