Jul 12,20234 stars only because I can't review the service in reality. Explanation: I ordered an item and had to answer medical questions, I then paid for the item. Following this Medical Specialist Company contacted me to state the item shouldn't be used for the reason I intended to use it so the order was cancelled and my money was refunded - there was issues with the refund but Medical Specialist Company intervened and managed to speed up this process for which I'm grateful. I think 4 stars is a fair review as I can't give it 5 as technically I didn't manage to order from the website (due to the item not being suitable based on the reason I needed it) Would attempt again if I needed another item

Jun 18,2023I filled in a lengthy assessment giving full and comprehensive details which took 1 hour and 10 minutes and when I tried to check out it asked me for the questionnaire all over again. It blows my mind especially as it's now 02.18. Let me know if you haven't got it so I can order elsewhere.

Jun 13,2023Had a terrible tooth abcess and couldn't get to see a dentist for at least a week. Found Medical Specialists and they were able to supply antibiotics which arrived next day at 9.04am. Absolute godsend and i cannot thank Medical Specialists enough. Not only do i recommend them, i shall always use them in future.

Aug 01,2023Used the service and answered all questions. Wasn't allowed the item (despite paying) and a fair reason not to prescribe the item. It's now been TEN working days without a refund. They're currently blaming it on my bank (Monzo), I've contacted them (especially as I've received refunds from two other companies in the last two weeks no problem and Monzo have confirmed no issues their end. Ten working days is scandalous, absolutely everyone knows that and nobody would find it an appropriate length of time.
