Oct 13,2022My online-order was cancelled by Medical Specialist, but I have not received my money back after weeks of waiting. I contacted them, they said they can't do anything about it. Goodbye 60 euros. Update and answer to your reply: Bank said Medical Specialist should do all necessary actions to cancel "reserved" funds. Now nobody is taking responsibility. You should change this method where customer has to "pay" before order is accepted by Medical Specialist.
