In general the conference was so informative and helpful, like I mentioned before the Q&A during the breaks worried me a bit but it’s understandable considering how much people had questions. 10/10 highly recommend
The person presenting got us to participate during the session and she cleared up many areas of the confusion I had on work experience and volunteering.
organised day and very informative however at some parts it was less engaging.
The company did amazingly in organising their time and the powerpoint into informative sections, making sure to allot times so that we always stayed on schedule. I loved that they stayed on call at breaks to answer any questions, and their audience involvement throughout was very helpful.
It was very educational, I learned a lot.
I absolutely loved the Get into Medicine Conference as it was very informational. I was very unsure of how to build my medicine application but I have now gained insight into how I can make mine stand out. I am also very grateful that Medic mentor provides services such as Virtual work experience and the wider reading society. Moreover, the presentation wasn’t complicated; it broke everything down simply and I was able to trust the resources and advice provided. I am definitely considering joining the silver pathway as there are many features I would like to participate in.
I really appreciated that they debunked lots of myths about the application process of medicine. For example, you don’t necessarily need in person work experience, rather you need lots of reflection and insight. It was also helpful to speak to current medical students.
It was very clear and informative and they kept it very interesting throughout.
Very engaging
Very useful and informative
Provided insight into the qualifications needed for medicine and took time to answer all our questions, eased people's stress about volunteering and work experience. Very approachable people who weren't biased towards medicine and made people who are unsure about doing medicine feel informed. Gave interactive scenarios that helped develop our personal statement skills and what mistakes to not make
The experience was great as the medic mentor explained really good and let ask questions
Very informative very helpful
The conference was amazing it really gave need an insight of how I should plan myself accordingly in order to achieve the grades I want and to secure a place at med school. I really appreciate all the help and I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Thank you for all the support and guidance.

Lots of useful new information, a lot of advertising though
