Twenty four hours after making the online application, we still have not received one even though billing against our credit card happened within seconds of submission. Tried phoning but no one is there so we can only assume that the service is closed between Christmas and New Year. There is nothing about this on the website. Now waiting for a refund...

Oct 26,2022Quick and speedy live testing, but had to chase for the certificate. They had sent it - however, it had not arrived and they re-sent using a different method. would highly recommend if you need a live antigen test for flying

Oct 22,2022The test kits arrived the following day. Both my husband and I were able to test at the one consultation. Uploading of our test results was easy and the certificates arrived by email about an hour following the consultation video. The only hiccup was that when we clicked the email video link for our consultation, we waited for 15 minutes for the supervisor to join and then the video cut out without us connecting. Fortunately Medwyn called us by phone straight away and told us to log out and in again, which this time connected us and allowed the supervised test to proceed.

All local testing stations would not allow you to attend if you were already testing positive for Covid

Jan 04,2024Good doctor practice which always was quick to give appointments, however the new booking system online means elderly people struggle to make appointments themselves and when you get through to reception they are often fairly grumpy. Outside of that all the doctors have always been polite and helpful.
